First off, I want to give a special shout-out to **Monica**, one of the hotel staff members. She was simply amazing! Always smiling, she helped us with everything we needed, gave great recommendations, and we truly felt like she went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.
The entire staff was exceptional – everyone was incredibly kind, service-oriented, and friendly, which made the experience even more special.
The hotel's infinity pool is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. We were treated to breathtaking sunsets from there, and it was one of the most beautiful moments of our trip.
The rooms were stunning, spacious, and clean, with an incredible view of green trees and nature all around. Every morning felt like waking up in a tropical paradise.
It's true that the hotel is a bit far from the center, but with a scooter, it's not noticeable at all, and the rides are short. For us, it was even an advantage because we enjoyed the peace, privacy, and relaxed atmosphere.

A hotel that captivated us!
A heavenly place – for me, everything about this vacation and hotel was perfect. We stayed in 6 hotels during our trip, and I give this one first place.
Beach
The beach is truly a paradise, the most picturesque on Koh Phangan (we visited all the tourist beaches). The sea is ideal, clear, and calm.
Grounds and Accommodation
The hotel grounds are extensive, like stepping into a jungle. We rented a large two-story house, and when we opened the door, we were amazed by its spaciousness. The hotel is older, but it's meticulously maintained and renovated.
Dining
Breakfasts are varied and delicious, served on a veranda with a beautiful view, which makes mornings especially pleasant.
Activities and Sports
The hotel has a large gym, and regular yoga and stretching classes are held, which helps you completely relax and rejuvenate.
Staff and Service
The staff and service are 5-star+. When we left, I couldn't hold back tears – that's how wonderful and heartfelt it was.

The resort is outdated. The room was clean and spacious, but it wasn’t designed in a way that makes constructive use of the space. There’s very little room to put your luggage, and the lighting was poor. The air conditioning blows directly onto the head of the bed.
The beachfront is beautiful, but the bar leaves much to be desired.
As for the resort’s policies and staff, I have the following comments: they have fines for almost everything. They provide beach towels at the reception, but you’re only allowed to use them on their beach and must return them “immediately” after you’re done. If you don’t comply—fine!
The safe wasn’t working. The room was full of mosquitoes when we arrived. And they would “forget” to give us the two basic bottles of water, even though they had stated we would receive them. Water is very cheap—it’s not about the price, but about the services that are supposed to be provided.FromUS$24

We had an absolutely amazing stay. Fantastic service, beautiful gardens, clean rooms. Upon arrival we received a welcome cocktail and the room had a beautiful welcome display on the bed with a free coconut mango cake. There is a lovely village walking distance from the resort, so you can get lots of different food options. The beach is beautiful and has a stunning view of the sunrise. The staff went above and beyond to find me a firm memory foam pillow on request. I loved the spa treatment- so relaxing!
The only negatives was that the pool temperature in the main pool and villa were both freezing. There were also quite a few mosquitoes around, but the resort provides complimentary mosquito repellent and electric mosquito repellents. The beach is not very safe for swimming due to a strong undercurrent.

Firstly of all let's start from the people who make this hotel wonderful. The receptionists are turbo friendly, helpful and doing their all best to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. I would like to thank than once again for all what they have done during our stay.
Secondly the hotel itself the rooms are nice and spacious we had a quadruple room which is absolutely perfect for a family. The beds are comfortable the AC works properly. It's clean.
Thirdly location at the end of Haadrin which makes it actually good because you are close enough to easily join in any night or daytime activities but also far enough to not hear all the clubs and discos at night.

We came for the sea, but there was no sea; it had receded a kilometer from the beach. This was the case for all 5 days of our stay. The beach had a lot of algae and sea urchins, so swimming wasn't possible. This was further darkened by the bungalow we stayed in. The bathroom door was a wooden slide that was hard to open, and there were steep steps down inside. The sink was inconvenient for washing, with water splashing everywhere.
The path to the main road goes through a dark forest, so you need a flashlight at night to see where you're going.
The only positive was the hotel owner. We thank him for allowing us to leave early and for agreeing to refund us for the remaining days, even if it was with a 50/50 commission.FromUS$33

We stayed at Milky Bay Resort and were, on the whole, very satisfied. What we particularly liked was the accommodation in separate bungalows, which really created a sense of privacy and tranquility. Our room was spacious, with its own terrace – a lovely spot to spend time in the morning or evening. A big plus for us was the free on-site parking, as we had rented a car and actively explored the island.
The resort has a cozy restaurant with calm, unobtrusive music playing, which creates a very relaxing atmosphere. There are sun loungers near the beach – it was really pleasant to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning while admiring the bay view.
The only, and quite significant, downside was the strong low tides. During our stay, the water receded very far, making swimming at the hotel beach practically impossible. However, we took this as an opportunity to get to know the island better, discovering new beaches and beautiful spots around Koh Phangan every day.
Overall, it's a very cozy and atmospheric hotel for a peaceful getaway, especially if you plan to rent transport and explore the island independently. 🌴☀️FromUS$33

This wasn't our first visit to Koh Phangan, but it was our first time at this hotel. The staff was polite and helpful. After checking in, we were shown to a room on the third floor, on the edge, next to the road and the pumping station at the back of the hotel. We asked to be moved right away, without even entering the room. Without question, we were offered two other rooms to choose from. One was on the ground floor with access to the pool, but next to the road. The other was on the second floor, away from the road and further from the pumping station. We chose the second.
By the way, the hotel has several price ranges, and ours was the cheapest!
We booked a room with breakfast included, and we didn't regret it. Egg dishes, fresh herbs, fruit, buns, sausages, chicken, and more... overall, it was filling.
The hotel is located next to a snorkeling spot, with lots of fish, shells, and sea urchins. We knew about this spot, so we went to this beach for our first four days. We made the right choice. The only downside is the air conditioner located directly above the bed. Turn it off and it's stuffy, but turn it on and it's immediately cold 🙄
Overall, it's a pretty decent hotel. The photo shows the view from the room. There was a sense of intimacy, as the building is U-shaped, with windows overlooking the courtyard and pool. It's very quiet.FromUS$61

First time in Koh Phangan and Bayshore hotel was an enjoyable experience. Very modern, clean place with exceptional personnel and great amenities. We have stayed in a Deluxe Cottage that was surrounded by greenery and nice shade had been there all the time. Hotel has a nice pool and surrounding area, and a clean and cozy beach. Breakfast experience is great too, very beautiful serving and polite staff. The distance from Thong sala pier is 25 minute by car. Hotel provides it's own good transfer in a gorgeous car by 300 thb let adult, child for free. Highly recommend this hotel for a quiet family vacation.FromUS$70
