When checking in the lady was cold and unpleasant Informed me that there was £14 a night charge for parking which I thought was ridiculous. There is works going on in the main floor of the hotel which was aware before booking but I was on the fifth floor and was still awaken to drilling at 8.30. The hotel service was excellent. On the day we checked in, we found the fan wasn't working. The staff were very happy to help us resolve the issue, and did so very quickly. Since the room didn't have air conditioning or other ventilation, the fan was crucial.
The facilities in the hotel were very clean, which I was mostly happy with. However, the only thing that needs improvement is the water pressure in the shower. When I checked the room after checking in, it seemed a bit weak. I thought it would be usable, but by evening, it was barely a trickle. I hope they can improve this in the future.FromUS$110
