The hotel is not a 5 star but the associates are! The bellstaff, the front desk and the breakfast staff are all great!
The location is good, very close to Santa Fe and Oviedo, the El Tesoro is not far away either. Pool is never being used it is a little unwelcoming or not so private I guess.
The hotel could use a refurbishment, like the hallways.

Very well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.FromUS$196

The service was warm and efficient, and they checked me in quickly before showing me to the room and taking the time to explain how everything in the room worked. The location is excellent if you are looking to explore the lively area nearby, so that was a big plus for me. It is near public transport as well, so overall I would say it is in a very convenient location. Amazing place , however they were not helpful in allowing me to check in to my room even one hour early. They insisted I wait until 3 pm and then one back. The lobby area is basically outside and it was raining,,I basically froze to death while the front desk people insisted that I could not check into my pre-paid room until 3 pm sharp. I sat there for two hours quite chilly and damp, and had to sit at their outdoor restaurant (very slow and poor service) and order and expensive lunch because they would not let me in a little early. In bed at 9am in the morning and the girl that does the mini bar comes in to my room sees I'm in bed and goes to check contents of mini bar .I tell her come back later but NO SHE HAS A JOB TODO AND CARRIES ON. IT TAKES PRIORITY OVER GUEST PRIVACY.
COMPLAINED TO MANAGER HE SAYS ITS MY FAULT AS A PAYING GUEST I HAVE ACCEPT THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO COME IN TO MY ROOM EVEN IF IM IN BED
