Such a cool hotel! They greeted us with a smile, refreshing towels, and delicious drinks, and even let us check in earlier than scheduled. The cleaning service is superb. The view from the pool is amazing. There are water dispensers with clean water on every floor. It's quiet, and the beds are comfortable. Everything is spotless. The only minor issue is that it's a bit tricky to get the water temperature just right – it's either scorching hot or ice cold. But overall, it's an excellent hotel that made me love Peru even more. My daughter was very happy with this gift. We bought watermelon in the supermarket and let the hotel front desk help to cut it. Exceeded expectations! The location is superb, convenient for getting everywhere. Next door is Siete Sopas, and it's close to Wong King (not good, by the way) and the Inca Market (remember to bargain, cash makes it easier to haggle). Within a ten-minute walk, you'll find Kuna and a bubble tea shop. Kennedy Park is also a ten-minute walk, where artists sell paintings (again, cash makes it easier to bargain). The service was excellent; as soon as we got out of the car, the doorman quickly came to help with our luggage, and the front desk and lobby staff were all smiling, warm, and attentive. Location is good, very wide rooms with desk, kitchen (Hervidor, Microwave, refrigerator) laundry and vacuum 2 persons, 2-chair room, living room with 2 sofas, spacious room with large bed, LG 32” LG TV, large bathroom, total 56 mts2., large windows but with view to the back of a neighboring building.
All looked clean, flaming, you can sleep deep and rest, breakfast between good and very good.
The restaurant is on floor 1, has windows everywhere and is wide. The building is not new or semi-new construction, I appreciate the construction year in 1980 to 1990, but it is very well preserved.

The hotel is within a short walking distance to both the beach and the city center. The neighborhood it's located in is safe, with clean streets and close to parks. The room was spacious enough. The hairdryer in the room wasn't working, but the housekeeping staff provided one upon request. Toiletries were available. There was no regular kettle in the room. A capsule coffee machine was provided, and they charged for each coffee capsule. There was one free bottle of water. We were given two free welcome drink coupons, but we didn't use either the drink coupons or the free water as a form of protest. We found the hotel management inconsistent for offering free welcome drinks on one hand, while charging for coffee in the room on the other. A daily instant coffee in my room after exploring the city would have made us happier than a one-time welcome drink. We chose this hotel because we were satisfied with a hotel from the same chain in Asuncion a week prior, but we learned that different policies are implemented here.
