I love the stay at Mecure Okinawa Naha. The hotel is conveniently located with the train station outside the hotel. You can take the train to Kokusai Dori conveniently.
There are also family mart and Donki just 5 mins walk away from the hotel.

I had a great stay at Hyatt. Everything was excellent, especially the buffet breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious choices. The service and overall experience were very satisfying.
The only issue I would like to highlight is that the toilet had a noticeable urine smell, which affected the comfort of the room. I hope the hotel can look into improving the cleanliness and ventilation of the bathroom.

This hotel is not new but is well maintained in my opinion, we had a comfortable 5 nights stay. Located at a quiet corner in Naha city, Naha port with unblock port view. Pleasant experience with the reception though require a little guessing work when the carpark uncle tries to redirect us to the alternate open air hotel carpark, we managed with the given map, a short walk away. Basement parking at the hotel building has very limited lots, often full after sunset. Ice making machine available on our level lobby and notice microwave too at other floor. A short drive from the airport. A bakery, 7-11 and souvenir shop on ground level, complimentary hot spring bath, coin laundry... There is also a supermarket less than 5 minute walk away.FromUS$59

Our first day at the hotel was incredibly unpleasant. We encountered an Indian male front desk agent who was very rigid and difficult to communicate with. We had booked several consecutive nights, with the first night being a Hollywood Twin room and the following nights a Superior Twin. As the booking couldn't be modified, upon arrival we requested to downgrade all nights to Superior Twin, as the hotel wasn't fully booked that day. However, the front desk agent adamantly refused. To make matters worse, he insisted that on the day we were supposed to switch rooms, we had to check out of the first room at 10 AM and then check back into the new room at 3 PM, even refusing to let us move into the newly cleaned room directly. He even stated that if we were to switch rooms directly without waiting, there would be a 5,000 JPY charge for those 5 hours. Was he just trying to be difficult, or was it discrimination? I've visited Japan many times and have never encountered such a difficult front desk agent.
If we had plans to go out, it wouldn't have been a big deal, but that day we specifically needed to rest at the hotel. On the second day, we finally met a Japanese male front desk agent. After explaining the situation, he was very helpful and resolved the issue for us. We were able to move into the newly cleaned room without having to wait five hours. I stayed for 4 days, arriving at the hotel before the typhoon hit. The wind started picking up around 11 AM. Since I arrived early and my room wasn't ready, I just left my luggage at the front desk. What was great was being able to use the public lounge on the second floor, which offered free alcoholic beverages, coffee, tea, and even free popcorn. The biggest disappointment during our stay was the check-out experience. One of the front desk staff had a very unfriendly attitude and tone of voice, which made us feel unwelcome and not respected. Another downside was the parking fee, which was much more expensive than we expected. Since we were driving, it added a significant extra cost to our stay.

The location is good, assuming you have a rental car. The building is old, but the interior is reasonably clean. However, some areas, like inside the rooms, show signs of dirt and aging facilities. Also, while the reception staff were very kind and polite, many staff members, such as those at the breakfast restaurant, seemed less considerate. For instance, on our first morning of a two-night stay, our breakfast table was directly under the air conditioning and very cold. When we asked for help, we were simply dismissed with 'I don't know.' Another time, a staff member nearly bumped into me as I was returning to my seat with food. The hotel's heated swimming pool and jacuzzi were great! Although small, there's also a sauna. Overall, the hotel room was clean and spacious. This time, the on-site hot spring was undergoing ceiling maintenance, so we had to enter at scheduled times, which was a minor inconvenience. Breakfast had limited options but tasted very good. Having a 7-Eleven right in the hotel was super convenient, and there's also a supermarket nearby. Taking a taxi to different areas wasn't expensive. First, let's talk about the location:
If you're using Naha city as a transit hub and plan to travel around Okinawa by public transportation, I highly recommend staying near the Naha Bus Terminal.
1. Many express long-distance buses depart from here.
2. It's also where Asahibashi Station for the Yui Rail (monorail) is located within Naha city. The Yui Rail is punctual and convenient, taking you to places like the museum, Shuri Castle, and more.
3. You can also walk directly to Naminoue Shrine, and it's not far from Kokusai Street (both about a 15-minute walk). It's also very close to the Don Quijote in Tsubogawa.
One more thing: there are many hotels around Asahibashi Station, all sharing a covered pedestrian bridge that connects the bus terminal and Yui Rail station. So, there isn't much difference in terms of location. I chose this particular hotel based on room size.
Now, about the hotel itself:
You can access the hotel elevators on both the first and second floors, taking you directly to the 14th-floor front desk. Check-in at the front desk was thorough but a bit slow. At the front desk, you can pick up daily amenities like bath salts, sunscreen, shower gel, face masks, makeup remover, etc. There's also that blue herbal tea...
On the 14th floor, you have to switch elevators to reach the guest room floors.
Whenever I hung the 'please clean' sign when going out, the room was always tidied up and looked brand new upon my return, with daily consumables replenished. Oh, and I really loved the sencha coffee machine in the room; I'd have a cup or two every day after coming back.
I even watched a Norway vs. England World Cup match on NHK BS 4K on the TV.

The hotel has a small swimming pool upstairs with purple-red neon lights at night. It seems to host mostly European and American guests.
Overall, it's nothing spectacular. I booked it last minute because I had to stay an extra night due to a typhoon.

I spent very good time here.
Compared to its price, this hotel gives you soo much satisfaction.
I was really satisfied.
Compared to other hotels in Japan, the room was very wide and so clean.
You can use bathtub and relax, too.
I liked that I can see all Naha city view from this hotel.
Also I enjoyed the time in Infinity pool on the 3rd floor.
Even though I had no chance to look around 15th floor panoramic view.(I forgot to go up 😅)
