Hotel is well maintained and a great location if you’re heading to the Paycom Center! We had a couple of glitches getting in as the line for dropping off cars for valet was stopped for 20 minutes. Once we were able to pull in, the attendant was quick. Only one computer was working at check in, then only one elevator was working- in a large hotel with 15 floors. That caused a long wait after the concert when everyone got back to the hotel. Room was very clean but the bathroom wallpaper is coming off the wall AND the toilet did not flush 50% of the time. We realized it at 11 pm, so we didn't report it until we checked out. I will say they sent a couple of texts to check in- that was a nice touch!FromUS$95

This hotel was absolutely perfect for an overnight stopover in Oklahoma with super friendly staff and a large and comfortable room with large TV and available HDMI port for your own device. Rate was extremely competitive that included overnight parking. Location is excellent as only a few minutes from the entertainment hub that is Bricktown. The memorial gardens are also only a 15 minute walk away. Downtown Oklahoma is one of the cleanest cities I’ve visited in the US and the gardens are a testimony to the resolve shown by the city following such tragedy.FromUS$117

The food at the Skirvin is excellent and room service was prompt and delicious. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The Facilities at the hotel are more than adequate. Parking was well lit with a security person on duty and the Valet staff were accommodating and friendly. Our overall experience was as good and better than what we have experienced any where in our frequent travels. I just wish we could get a better rate closer to $100.00 for a standard king. FromUS$145

This is a GREAT motel...very well kept, spacious rooms with great beds & pillows and nice breakfast . Manager was very friendly and accommodating. Only negatives were a surly desk attendant the evening we arrived after a LONG day of travel, a CLOSED with no explanation pool, a broken pancake machine in the breakfast area and a VERY slippery shower floor...be careful!FromUS$101

Our first experience at this hotel was very good. This was our second time staying there and this time it was very easy to tell that our room had not been vacuumed or the floors mopped. We also did some laundry and the laundry room this time around was very dirty. We notified the front desk and she apologized and came to clean the mess. Other than this, our stay was very pleasant and the breakfast delicious. The hotel was great. They have a bar, restaurant, and a hot breakfast (a good one) that's open during Covid. The pool was available if you made a reservation for it. The cleaning and breakfast staff are amazing. Every sweet and thoughtful. The ladies working at the bar, could have used a little refresher course on customer service. They weren't always approachable and seemed a little rude at times. There were times when they were friendly and helpful,as well.. The decor was lacking personality. The rooms as we're as well. But it was comfortable and immaculate. The bed was amazing. Best night sleep, I've had in a very long time. Really, really great bed. The food was ok. The drinks were not strong and a bit over priced. They have a happy hour Mon-Friday with free drinks (yes alcohol included) and snack. The breakfast was good and included in room price.
