Booked this hotel for the location & the transit selection, Kloten Balsberg Train station & Bahnhof Balsberg Tram station just minutes away. Hotel also provide Free shuttle bus to airport, very convenient to travel in & out of city, remember to get ZVV zone 3 day pass, Zurich day ticket doesn't cover the trip to this hotel!!
Hotel room is good, management did their best to keep this 1st of its kind for Mövenpick brand hotel alive & up-to-date. But there are some down sides! Some rooms might experience bad Wifi connection, washroom need some upgrades, like the bathtub shower, less cloth hangers, Wear and tear aged furniture, overall it is the hotel will get you well rest!! Didn't try it's breakfast, maybe next time.

The hotel room is spacious and quiet even thought the hotel closed to airport. We could hear the plane passed by if we open the window. But we heard nothing if we closed the window. Good sound proof. Friendly and helpful staff. The distance between the hotel and the nearest tram station is abt 5mins walk.

I've stayed here before. It's a quick 10-minute bus ride from the airport, just 3 or 4 stops. It's also very close to the train station, less than a 10-minute walk. There are 2-3 supermarkets nearby, and right next to the hotel is a Turkish restaurant with good food, if you like Turkish cuisine.
This time, the front desk staff were very kind and friendly. Note that the city tax must be paid by card; they don't accept cash.
When I opened the room door, the bed was tall and narrow, and with the red and white color scheme, it looked exactly like something out of a European TV show or movie, which actually made me a bit scared to sleep. The room was small, and the layout was impractical. My knee hit the metal edge of the sink when I was getting out of the bathtub, scraping off a layer of skin. The toilet was also awkwardly placed.
The hotel's Wi-Fi was terrible; it would connect and immediately disconnect, then I couldn't connect again at all.
The mini-bar drinks were all complimentary, which was a nice touch.
Although it's next to the airport, the noise wasn't too bad; by the time it got noisy, I was already out. There's another hotel near the airport that's my first choice, it's excellent in all aspects, but it was fully booked. So this was my second choice, and it's fine for a transit stay.FromUS$118

Excellent stay at Vision Apartments, Zurich.
It was my first experience with self check-in and contactless service but honestly it was very smooth and I really liked this concept. You have to do online check in with their e mail message and get your codes in advance which I practically did.
Rooms are exactly as described. Very neat and clean property.
Centrally located on the train and tram stop with only
10-15 mins connectivity with main Zurich Central station as well as Airport. We went to Rine Falls,boat rides ,old town and also Mt.Rigi from there only.
We did not took breakfast so no comments on it but they have full fledged Bar/Restro and Breakfast with extra charge (17.5 chf) available with luxurious sitting area on top floor.
BEST was the huge shared kitchen along with Restaurant with Electric Ovens, Electric Gas , all pots and pans, dish washer etc.
I cooked all my meals for us during my 3 days stay. Infact I cooked the meals and took for full day excursions. COOP is adjacent to this property and more stores also. Fridge,Hot Kettle and microwave, plus cutlery available in my room.
Huge seating area free for all beside Shared kitchen . You can sit there eat and enjoy with your family and friends.

The apartment is abit far from train station, but walkable to a bus station about 6mins. I think the room is fine, kitchen also well equipped. However, the worst of this hotel is their management. There is no reception at all even you reached on check in time 3pm. You have to install app Flexipass to retrieve digital room key using a code. However he hotel just sent the code and the checkin instruction 1 hour before the checkin time. They could do better like sending the instructions and code 1 week before.FromUS$98
