The hotel's location, right in front of the airport bus stop, was excellent. The hotel lobby was simple and easy to understand, and they even provided complimentary water. My room was different from the one I reserved, but that didn't affect me, and it was generally clean.
There were two complimentary bottles of water, and the minibar refrigerator, which was available for a fee, had plenty of space, so I was able to keep things cool.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of hot food, ham, cheese, yogurt, bread, and even raw honey.
However, there were bees in the room, and they were flying around outside the curtains all night. I'm not sure if they were there during room cleaning, but it was a bit of a concern.
The bedsheets were clean, but one of the pillowcases had a stain, which was disgusting. While it's a beachfront location, the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak.
The espresso machine in the breakfast area seemed to be malfunctioning; the milk came out clumped when I made a latte macchiato, and the coffee was weak. The only other options besides coffee were milk and tea, so I preferred juice or water. There was no information about the spa when I checked in, and I only found out about it during breakfast on the day I checked out, which was a bit disappointing. Let’s talk about the dissatisfaction first. Due to my negligence at the time, I only filled out a check-in when two people checked in to book a room. After that, there was no notification the next day that an additional fee of 30 euros per night would be charged. I felt a little dissatisfied with the additional charge. The premise is OK. When I checked in, I was told that I had no objection at all. It was annoying to tell me the next day. Secondly, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but after all, they are there for how many years they have been in business. Besides, the advantages are that the restaurant is good. Mallorca is actually quite big. The hotel is an hour's drive from attractions such as the Jelly Sea. Looking left and right, the toiletries are all from Bvlgari. This hotel is relatively small, and the facilities are relatively old. The safe is an ancient one. I closed it and it couldn't be opened. It seems that there is no electricity... and the washbasin is outside the toilet. The whole decoration feels a bit like an urban-rural junction? The main thing is that there was no hot water on the first night of check-in. The next morning, the staff promised that it would be fixed during the day, but when I came back in the evening, they still said there was no hot water... I asked the front desk for a solution, and then they moved us to another HM hotel chain. I strongly recommend everyone to stay in another one... because it is newly renovated, the room is huge and very modern, and there is a bus stop for the A1 airport line downstairs. Nice hotel, great views, clean rooms, wonderful staff from frontdesk to restaurant as well as housekeeping. They have a little teleferico that drops you off on streetlevel, where buses to the city go (line 4 & 20). It’s about 15mins to the city by bus, and about 45 mins walk, along the harbour, which is a nice walk. Downside was that the food wasn’t great, but quite expensive for the area. Also, the walls are thin and there’s a gap underneath the door, so the room is very noisy.FromUS$198

Location. There is a small beach nearby which is very nice but there is not much else to do nearby at least when we went in late February which is off season.
We found the shower difficult to use, which could just be us being stupid but still worth a mention
When I paid I’m sure I picked a room with a Mountain View but got a room looking over the street. Not a big deal though as we didn’t spend much time in the room.

Very disappointing experience regarding customer service and flexibility. My wife became acutely ill with severe back problems after we had booked the stay, and she is now on sick leave and will most likely need surgery. We contacted the hotel and explained the medical situation, asking if it was possible to cancel the booking as an exception.
The airline and another hotel we had booked with both showed understanding and refunded us due to the circumstances. Unfortunately, Hotel Antigua Palma - Casa Noble refused any refund or flexibility at all.
I understand cancellation policies exist, but when dealing with documented medical emergencies, some level of compassion and customer care should be expected. This was extremely disappointing and honestly left a very negative impression of the hotel.”FromUS$359
