Overall great stay.
Staff and service were fantastic in the hotel.
Room and bed were comfortable.
The pool was out of service throughout our trip due to maintenance.-This was a disappointment on arrival that was likely more the fault of Trip.com rather than the hotel for not having notified us before. We were there off-season and there was a lot of building/maintenance/trucks around. As well as a building site for a new hotel next door but luckily had been halted and turned into a quiet arqueological dig instead!
The spa, gym, classes, indoor pool all good.
Breakfast is great.
We had one meal at epicurean for dinner- very generous portions but didnt quite make up for quality. The decor felt quite stuck in the mid 90s- as did some of the food.
The thing I cant understand is why they have no greek food in this hotel? It's crazy you can't get a Greek salad, dips, or fresh fish/ calamari. We walked 5 mins down the tomb of kings road and ate really well at some unassuming restaurants on a main road with great greek food and lovely seafood for half the price of the 'Asian' food served at the hotel- you just have to comprise on views!

Beautiful, renovated and clean rooms. The breakfast was very rich and of good quality... The service was impeccable... The exterior of the hotel needs renovation, such as the building, garden and pool furniture... Inside, the rest of the areas apart from the rooms and reception need care and maintenance... Good rooms with compliment fruits and add water/sweetie after cleaning. Funny music show every evening. All-inclusive mode is reasonable enough, permanent food'n'drinks are close available. The sea is near at hand.

I had premium garden cabana with sea view. There is nothing premium about this cabana there is no garden and sea view is limited. Room are clean and service is good but rooms and hotel needs upgrade and maintenance ie. in my room floor was falling apart. Pool is very nice. Access to beach ONLY via few steps. On the beach you need to pay for sunbed and umbrella if you want to use it otherwise you can lay on the towel/sand. I was at the end of September and age average in this hotel was well above 65-70 so no young couples or families at ALL. Overpriced for the overall quality.FromUS$429

The staff were so kind, they were smiling every time we ran into them. And every time they asked us how they can help. The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful and huge. The pools are located in front of the sea so it’s very nice in the sunsets

Great hotel design and hardware with mediocre service:
Spacious room, great location, beautiful compound and design (as long as you don’t get one of those side rooms that faces the back of a building or the carpark). Wide range of selection for breakfast.
It’s weird that the carpark is a little further away and you’re supposed to call a number at the gate every time for them to open for you. They said it’s toll free but I doubt it’s free for an international line. I don’t know who would spend international calling rate to call the number as most people uses esim today. The way they challenged me and say “why don’t you just call” and insisted it was free just made me feel very disappointed. There’s also no refill of the room’s coffee station (it’s chargeable)- I guess it’s because they call themselves a suite/ service apartment. There were a few other examples of mediocre services: not deal breaker but could have been better.
Overall I would say it is good value for money given the spacious and beautiful room, so simply don’t place too much emphasis and expectations on service then you’ll be fine.FromUS$182

Top location on the beach promenade so you can choose to eat in the various restaurants in the hotel or look for a local in the surroundings | large pool area and always find a free bed | staff at the reception and in the restaurants very friendly and helpful | in the spa one is deserved | had to leave very early on the day of departure, before the beginning of breakfast, and instead have a great sackerl filled with bread, sauce, cheese, vegetables, butter, Marmelade and drinks with ... super service. Very nice hotel inside and out
Indoor pool area rather nice. The view is pretty.
For this price it lacks a lot of little touches (individual shower gel, welcome drink, industrial orange juice at breakfast...). The evening buffet is of average quality and quite expensive.

We were greeted in a very hospital and charming way. Anna-Marrie, or Marie Ann not sure how to spell it gave us a very warm welcome, a drink and an interdiction to the Hotels amenities.
Make sure you request a south facing room if you visit in winter. The first room they gave us had no shade and was very cold; apparently the air conditioning is only for cold air and this had no warm settings etc. I got a mini cold as we were freezing but thankfully they found a new room to move us into the next evening.
We also called in advance and informed them that we are vegan n vegetarian but the staff at breakfast couldn’t help us when we asked about some food information. Especially when they mince meat Kouppes were mixed with the vegan ones. The answer was just don’t eat it! I don’t know which one is which 🤦🏻♀️
Aw well, we did not let 2 staff members affect our vacay. The private pool was nice but again not heated ~ we shall definitely come back to try the Spa and other restaurants.

Loved the location. the staff were excellent, polite and genuine. A special mention goes out to Maria, front desk manager. She was humerous, and very knowledgeable of the area. She provided me with maps, and some background history of Cyprus, which i was very much appreciative for.
My room was clean, The cleaning staff were very persistent in wanting to come and clean the room when we were still there, it was a little annoying, but i admired their dedication.
the hotel is beautiful, Very much so an intimate setting.

Mayfair Hotel in Paphos is a solid choice! 👍 The location is great, a walkable distance to both the harbor and old town. My double room was spotless, and the service was super polite. The hotel boasts excellent cleanliness standards, which I appreciated. Even in winter, the indoor pool and gym let me keep up with my routine.
