Great hotel to stay while traveling through Italy. It was cheap , but the room and bathroom were spacious enough. Dogs are welcome, and parking is for free just in front of the hotel. There was even a mini fridge in the room. Breakfast is included and good enough.
The negative aspects is that the hotel feels a bit run down. And when having a shower, the water leaked out on the floor. The tiled floor was cold, and it would have been nice to have a pair of slippers.

The free bikes were a blessing to cycle into Parma in the rain, the receptionist advised to park at Piazza Garibaldi.

A delicious small boutique hotel in an optimal location just a few steps from the station and very close to the city centre, reachable simply through the Ducal Park, whose entrance is just in front of the hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and breakfast is also satisfactory and provided, and so the cleaning of the rooms. Unlike other reviews, despite my room being at the top floor, I have noticed noise of traffic disturbances and, In response to what others have written, the plasticised towels in the lunch room were not even so dramatic, but, in the ecological sense, much more in line with the new directives that recommend less use of water and detergents.
