It was “free parking” but first come first serve. The 2 days I stayed there both days had events. So parking was always full because of the events. They should leave some parking space for hotel guests only. Ended up parking in parking structure over night. Had to pay overnight parking fee.

The moment I checked in, I realized the shower light was not working. They should have inspected each room before new guests' arrival to make sure everything is in order before assigning the rooms.
Also the room I was given was next to the street where I could hear traffic and police and ambulance sirens very clearly. I specifically requested for a quiet room but they gave me one near the road side. I called the front desk about it but she didn't want to switch rooms for me even tho I noticed it on my 1st night of a multi night stay. She was it was because there was a fire that night (No, the traffic noise could be heard every day I was there)
Other than that and the lack of gym/pool, this hotel was close to where I needed to be and there were 24 hour food places nearby so that makes up for it. I actually wanted to book another hotel nearby but saw the traffic noise complaints there in the reviews and decided to go with this one. I had a five - day stay here and was entitled to one room cleaning or linen change. However, I was disappointed that when I requested it, the linens, pillowcases, bedsheets, and comforters were not changed. They didn't even refill the tissues or shampoo. I didn't bother checking earlier since I arrived at 2:00 AM and didn't wake up until 11:00 AM. I also didn't call reception because I was only an hour away from checking out when I woke up. Wynwood Hotel was a good experience considering the price.
The staff were very gentle, polite, and kind. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the location was great. The hotel is within walking distance to Podium, SM Megamall, Shangri-La Plaza, and Robinsons Galleria, which was very convenient.
