The location is not closed to Perth station, need to walk 15 mins. But it is closed to William street and there are a variety of restaurants! We stayed for two nights. The room in second night is is too small and we cannot open a big luggage. There is no hair conditioner provided. Please bring your own. We were located near the car park on ground floor. The hotel's location is quite good. There's a 'Cat Bus' stop right outside, and it's not far from the Mint. You can also walk to the pier and the Swan Bells, which is perfect for exploring the city. The room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk service was also great; they held our luggage and even emailed us when our room was ready after cleaning. This was the most pleasant surprise of our Australia trip! The hotel's location is fantastic, with shopping and transport links right next door. The breakfast offers incredible value for money, and the room size was decent. They even provide a pillow menu with different types to choose from, and a Nespresso machine with good quality capsules – miles better than the Pan Pacific! The staff were very welcoming and even spoke Chinese. The steakhouse and Italian restaurant nearby are both excellent. It's a shame we only stayed one night.

The hotel is worth any penny spent. The rooms are designed to soothe those with physicsl and or psychological ailments with the tea infusions that have sprained in the room. There is a big barth tub, no expenses sre measured when it comes to pleasing customers. The bath tub was comfortable and th3 affirmations around the room made it a really comfortable stay.
Excellent panaromic views of Perth Cbd directly in front and if you look further out the window there is urban regentrified Northbridge. The gym is very comfortable. The rooms and hotel amenities are excellent and meet five-star standards, especially thanks to the manager and hotel receptionists! They helped carry our luggage to the room, were friendly and talkative, and were particularly attentive to Chinese free-and-independent travelers.
The only thing that was extremely unpleasant was a specific female front desk staff member who completely seemed to favor Western guests or didn't view Chinese guests as a valuable market segment. We stood there waiting for 22 minutes, completely ignored! It wasn't until her colleague noticed something was wrong that we finally received assistance and had our issues resolved! Regarding the misunderstanding during our stay, her colleagues and the manager promptly apologized and took appropriate action. I accepted the apology, but I suggest that as a five-star hotel, they should really improve the service awareness of some staff members.
