We had an overall wonderful stay and were very satisfied. However, we wanted to share a few constructive points for improvement:
1. We stayed in Room 15, and the door was quite a struggle to lock and unlock.
2. The room lighting isn't ideal for applying makeup.

Ten minutes walk from AYUTTHAYA Sta. and with a convenience store nearby, the location was excellent.
The view from the room was great and I was amazed that I was able to see AYUTTHAYA historical park and the monuments across the river!
Although the room wasn’t perfect in terms of cleanliness because there were few cockroaches in my room (probably because the building is really old and is located next to a river) however, the breakfast was wonderful with variations and staff was friendly which made up for the cleanliness.FromUS$48

It’s always about the location, location, location. The hotel is very close to Ayutthaya Rail Station and it takes only a 5 minute walk. As the name of the Riverside hotel it overlooks the Pasak River and the view from my room is simply breathtaking. I think if the hotel can improve some facilities for instance providing slippers or body lotions it will certainly give a positive impression to the customers.
But these drawbacks are compensated by the staff team for their hospitality and service. They are friendly, professional and willing to help. I feel welcomed and I am grateful to the staff such as Stamp, Ban, Hum, May, Kam and so on.

The only big con was the room was quite prone to noise from outside. It's our second time staying here coz of the convenience with private parking, nearby launderette, shopping mall n food stalls. Comfortable room n bed but only the bathroom was a little bit disappointed. The water flow out while showering as no door or shower curtain was fixed. So the bathroom mat was wet. Staying at Baan Canalee was a fantastic choice. The host and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Despite arriving later than expected, they were willing to provide recommendations for dinner and even helped us call a tuk-tuk. The house itself was spacious and clean, and having a smart TV with access to YouTube was definitely a plus. Additionally, the common area by the riverside was a lovely place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring.
If I have the chance to visit Ayutthaya again, I would definitely choose to stay at Baan Canalee once more. Overall, it provided a comfortable and welcoming environment with excellent customer service and thoughtful touches that made our stay more enjoyable.FromUS$62

To put it bluntly, the impression of the place is ambiguous. In fact, it is a few wooden houses around the reservoir and across the road a few more. A small wooden reception. Where are the photos on trip com with the huge buildings and columns from? They don't exist or they are someone's virtual fantasy. The grounds are maintained the lodges are clean. Severely disappointed with a very poor and unpalatable breakfast. Smoothed out with good coffee in a coffee shop with a veranda on the territory. There was a loy kratong holiday and we decided to go kratong on the river. The hotel employee offered to take us on a tuk tuk, we agreed. But he came not himself but his acquaintance and offered to do it 4 times more expensive than a normal cab from Bolt. Apparently we had to share with the employee. And all this next to our car. All this was quite stupid and left a bad impression of the hotel staff. By the totality of qualities and emotions from the visit to no one do not recommend anyone to visit here. You can see that the owner is trying and some employees spoil everything with incorrect behavior and petty deception.FromUS$36

It was the best experience. The host and staff of the inn were very kind. The room was clean, luxurious and had everything. When I woke up in the morning, I saw Ayutthaya illuminated by the morning sun. It was truly amazing. I was lent a bicycle and had a great time riding along the road between the two ruins.
