We actually enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, lots of greeneries surrounding, local food at the back of the hotel, easy access.
One disappoinment was we ordered take away breakfast for the last day we stayed, as our flight was early in the morning. The staffs took some notes and we clearly inform the date, time and also we keep our frozen food in their freezer upon check in. We asked them to deliver it together to our room as I need to pack it inside the suitcase. And after 30 mins late, there's no breakfast was delivered, until my husband came down to ask them about our frozen food which was kept in the freezer days ago, after we got it and still no breakfast was prepared. They asked us to wait but we really need to go to the airport.
Please fix the communication between the staffs so it wont happen again in the future.
