The location is beautiful and peaceful. The hotel is gorgeous and very family friendly.
I really appreciate how helpful and kind the staff are. The food was delicious too. Lurve!
Love the kids' pool coz it’s safe and shallow, so the kids can enjoy the slide and swim on their own without parents having to carry them all the time.
The only thing is the rooms and furniture could use a bit of an upgrade as they feel a bit dated.

When it comes to the lift, there’s no need for an access card to reach the desired floor, which means everyone can come to your floor.
The building is run down without maintenance.
The room inside is as per the photo—no painting and dirt.
The bathroom has mold, and the window was open when checked in, which means there could be a possibility of being seen by others in the corridor while showering.
Views are okay, but the balcony is left with rubbish, and the air-conditioning compressor has three units, but there’s only one ac in the room.
Also, the room is connected with another room like a dual key, literally with no soundproofing, which affects my sleeping.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Lexis Port Dickson. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view. We also enjoyed fishing right from balcony at room, which was a unique and enjoyable experience.
The buggy service was fast and convenient, and the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We also had a great time cycling around the resort it was such an enjoyable way to explore the surroundings.
The swimming pool was spacious and not too crowded, which make it very comfortable for the family. The breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of food choices to suit different tastes.
The only downside is that the pool area could be improved for children, as there is no waterslide. Adding some kid friendly playpark at pool would definitely make the resort even better for families with children.

Parking is also quite limited, especially on weekends, and some guests may end up parking in a way that blocks part of the road. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel.
The hotel has good Wi-Fi, even outside when sitting at the pool. The pool is clean, safe and spacious. The rooms are neat, with fresh water and towels provided every day. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. There is also a laundry service just across the street.
The staff were all very kind and polite. On the downside, most things close quite early, and it can be a little difficult to walk to restaurants along the road, although the restaurants themselves are good. The bed was slightly too firm for me, and the air conditioning was a bit loud, but there was also a fan on the ceiling.

We stayed in the newly refurbished greenview family room. The room was nice just that no drawers for the dressing table and the night stand so less place to put our items but room was spacious enough for the four of us. Check in took such a long time as there was a long queue so idk what was the point of pre check in when we still need to queue to check in. Breakfast had a good spread and variety. There are bread, pastries, malay food, western breakfast, mi and omelette station. Staffs are very friendly and attentive to help you find a table. Love how we had a private beach but the pool floor was dirty like you could see all the sand on the floor like they haven’t clean for a long time. The shower also clogged with sand and water so we can’t really rinse off after swimming in the beach.FromUS$43
