An absolute paradise for families!
We had an amazing stay at Astoria Palawan.
The highlight for the kids (and adults!) was definitely the Palawan Waterpark, which kept everyone entertained for hours. The resort grounds are beautifully maintained, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the beach view is stunning. Special shoutout to the staff who were incredibly accommodating and always greeted us with warm smiles. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Puerto Princesa!FromUS$45

I highly appreciate how accommodating their staffs were. From front desk to restaurant and hotel staff, everyone was willing to assist. They have partners for transport and spa services. They were also not that strict, and allowed us to bring in food and drinks, or have outside food delivered, which made our stay all the more comfortable.
Rooms are clean. Comfy beds. AC was perfectly working. Spacious bathrooms, with water heater. These are the things that are really important for me, and they met my expectations. I will definitely consider staying with them again the next time we visit puerto prinsesa.FromUS$13

We booked aziza when in still in korea.so when i reach pinas no more hassle.Its a grauation gift for my 3 children since i just 2 weeks to stay in pinas its our family bonding.the moment i step in airport 2 kuya's are very polite they have pick up and drop off which is very convenient.Receptionist is very friendly and amazing always wear a smile in their faces.Instead of booking a tour we decided not to since the hotel having a very good amenities.Breakfast is fantastic pancakes are verry cute.What trully Aziza unique from the people whos working from their hearts

We had an amazing stay at Blue Lagoon Inn & Suites. The hotel is located in the heart of Puerto Princesa.
The place is beautiful and calm, the staff is nice and friendly. Also, the location is great, less than 5 minutes away from the main road with all the restaurants and shops.
The best highlight was the swimming pool. We really enjoyed it!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights before heading to El Nido. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The view from the pool, overlooking Honda Bay, is simply breathtaking.
The hotel offers complimentary airport transfers and shuttle service to/from Robinson's Mall. You can also conveniently book a minivan to El Nido directly through them.
In my opinion, the breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Options included scrambled eggs/omelets, cereal, bread, jams, and butter. There was very little fruit and only one salad. The rice, soups, and other dishes weren't particularly appealing to a European palate (the meat and fish were too overcooked).
However, the à la carte menu for dinner and lunch (which is paid) was, on the contrary, very delicious.
The hotel itself is quite old. The furniture in the rooms shows its age. There was also a slight musty smell, although the cleanliness was maintained.
The staff were incredibly pleasant and responsive.

Daluyon is without doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and I’ve travelled to more than 30 countries. The room was excellent, the location was perfect, but it was the hospitality that truly took my breath away. The team made me feel genuinely cared for, especially in the restaurant where the service was on a whole different level. Three members of staff stood out in particular — Anton, Rose and Stephanie — each of them exceptional in every way. We even asked the chef to adjust dishes and create meals that weren’t on the menu, and he not only did it with joy, but the results were outstanding. He would come out to the table, smiling proudly, asking if everything was okay, and we affectionately called him our “Happy Chef.” In truth, every single dish we tried was superb. The location is too far from the city we always rent a tricycle which cost 100 pesos one way and maximum of 4 passengers but we had a beautiful stay here. The rooms are affordable and very clean. Nice hotel and a great location. It was a good experience overall, but the room needed a refresh and we had ants in our room. The couch, curtains, and table cloth needed a really good cleaning, or even better, replacing. Not important for us, but we didn't see an elevator. We paid for an upgraded room on the first floor, but they checked us into a room on the second floor. It turned out the door lock didn't work. They immediately moved us to another room on the same floor, but this room was half the size (our suitcases barely fit). The room was very worn out, with outlets falling out of the walls. There was no carpet on the floor, and no toothbrushes (which should have been included in our paid room). The room door opened directly onto the main road, and the windows faced the parking lot. The staff acted as if nothing had happened. When checking out, they asked us to sign some kind of receipt. We asked what it was for (since everything was already paid), and they said it was just for their records. We didn't want to ruin our mood or cause a scene, as we were only there for two nights and had little time. The pool is available, and breakfast is tasty. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. There are plenty of food options nearby, and the famous Robinsons Shopping Mall is just next door, making everything very convenient.
The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, and the rooftop pool was absolutely amazing - perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location I would say for me was perfect. It's away from the crazy busy streets and rather peaceful. The gardens and surroundings are inside the resort at spectacular and you feel like just staying there and relaxing next to the pool. Service was very good with extremely friendly staff. I really would recommend this place. Excellent value for money and the food in the restaurant on site is also extremely tasty.
The only negative thing I unfortunately must mention and this annoyed me a bit is the fact that the equipment in the gym room was out of order and when I asked about it twice was told it is broken and can not be fixed... and it was one of the reasons I chose this place because it had a place where I could do some excersizes in the morning.
But apart from that it really is an amazing place and just about a 1km walk from one of the main streets with a lot of restaurants and bars. FromUS$54

The staff were by far the best thing about this place! They were incredibly friendly and helpful. The place itself was good and the room was nice and clean but the bed was a little small and my husband is quite tall. There was a decent little swimming pool downstairs. We were only there for one night so didn’t really explore the local area but booked the firefly tour through the hotel which was a lovely little excursion.
