Regarding service: The hotel butler was responsive and had a great attitude! However, some of the amusement park rides within the complex were chaotic and largely unmanaged (for example, at the rafting queue, staff would only symbolically ask people to queue, but without actual management, everyone just scrambled for rubber rings). Also, getting around between accommodations wasn't very convenient, with a lot of detours.
Regarding facilities: The amusement facilities themselves were quite good.
Regarding cleanliness and environment: Given the large crowds during the summer, some aspects of the environment and cleanliness weren't perfectly maintained, which is understandable.
