The room was spacious, and it wasn't crowded during the Qingming Festival, so we got an upgrade to a high-floor sea-view room. The view from building A was decent, though a bit obstructed by the building in front. I reckon you could see the sunrise on a clear day.
On the downside, there was a small bug on the floor, and the TV remote wasn't working. We had to call staff to fix both issues, which was a bit inconvenient. The desk wasn't wiped clean either; my child wanted to do some homework on it, but it was covered in dust.
On the positive side, the price was reasonable, the staff were friendly and efficient in resolving issues, and their attitude was great. There's an outdoor pool, and the location is convenient. You can easily get to the main attractions by renting a small electric scooter.

Great location with walking distance to streets with famous Hainan Grain (Za Liang) desserts and shops, good services and very clean and comfy rooms. Room comes with books about Qiong Hai, and also tea set if you would like to brew your own Chinese Tea. It has great selection of breakfast buffet. The milk tea is silky and delicious.
