The location of the hotel is very good, it is very convenient to see a doctor. Breakfast is also ok. At the time of checkout, we calculated the parking fee of US$28. Where did we come to the car, took the bill and went to the front desk to explain it. The front desk said that it was wrong. It was crossed out on the spot. About three hours after leaving the city, China Merchants Bank deducted 28 US dollars, impatient to call the China Merchants Bank, indicating that the cost does not exist, China Merchants Bank agreed to coordinate. I did not realize Indigo was part of the IHG chain, but now are fully aware of the Indigo brand. The hotel check in was on the 2nd floor and parking was inconvenient with construction. The height into the covered parking was not very high. We were fortunate to find one of the last spots. The three different Indigo staff that we met were extremely friendly to meeting our needs. The hotel maid (room service attendant) also assisted us with additional needs. Our last night at the hotel. We witnessed about 25 college students carelessly riding the motorized scooter (Lime) in the streets disrupting traffic, pedestrians, and compromising safety of the city of Rochester for about 30 minutes. There was not a single law enforcement present after the incident. It not only affected Indigo, but also Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn. My bad for not taking a video of this.FromUS$124

Fabulous hotel & staff ,& great location. Shower could do with a seat & grab bars at shower end & a detachable showerhead, & grab rails at toilet, to make it more suitable for those of us with disabilities. And power assisted/self opening room doors/doors throughout hotel. Shame bar wasn't open. Room bins could have done with emptying more regularly. Rooms would be better with a keurig coffee machine than percolator, plus coffee in rooms wasn't great, glad I brought my own. But other than those few things, a great hotel, staff, breakfast & coffee in breakfast room were fantastic. Staff were all very friendly & very helpful. If you are going to Mayo Clinic, there is no better place to stay then Kahler Grand! It is connected to the clinic by the subway or a simple walk across the street. The rooms are clean, updated & very comfortable. Parking is also convenient & connected to the hotel. Restaurants are within the hotel, subway system or a short walk. Staff are always friendly, helpful & kind! Mayo wheelchairs are available for use ( to & from the clinic & in the hotel) if needed. There is a swimming pool & workout area also. FromUS$115

This is a wonderful long-term stay hotel.
Its greatest advantage over other hotels in the Mayo Clinic area is the friendliness and competence of the staff.
every single one of the staff that I’ve interacted with was superb. Most four-star hotels don’t have this level of service that I’ve experienced at StayBridge
the breakfast buffet is very good. The restaurant is outstanding. The staff at the reception desk is more competent and nicer than any hotel I can think of in Minnesota

Also there are several very good restaurants within two blocks in each direction
I’ve stayed in four other hotels in the three years that I receive care at Mayo Clinic and this one is fairly superior to the others.

For anyone visiting the Mayo Clinic (or Rochester in general), this hotel is absolutely fantastic. HUGE rooms - seriously, I've never seen so much cupboard and counter space in a hotel room - that are beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The kitchenette was a lifesaver as well... and we really appreciated that they loaned out burners and frying pans. Appeared building had recently been acquired by new Owners. Lawn sprinkler was broke and sprayed into the same spot in the ground all night. Elevator door frame appeared to have been painted with the skill of a 5 year old. I hope they continue to fix these minor details.FromUS$77

I’ve stayed here dozens of times. This stay we had no heat in our room. At checkout I told the front desk he should have maintenance check our room heater. I had a picture of the thermostat and showed him the air temp in the room was a chilly 62 degrees. He responded by saying they had turned off the boilers yesterday because it was warm outside. I told him that was ridiculous and wondered why they were not turned on again for the night. When I told him we woke in the middle of the night and we were cold, he simply stated we should have called the front desk and they would have brought us a space heater. I told him that’s ridiculous and 62-63 degrees is unacceptable. He offered no other solution, apology, or a credit of any sort. This is very disappointing as most of my other stays here were just fine.FromUS$93
