This is a standard express hotel. I had an early morning flight the next day and didn't want to rush, so I checked into an airport hotel the night before. This proved to be an excellent decision. The hotel included breakfast, and while the facilities were basic, for just one night, a shower was all I needed. Although there was no bottled water, there was an electric kettle, so I could boil my own water. From my room window, I could see Terminal 1, but I couldn't hear any airplane noise at all. Following the signs outside the hotel, it was very easy to take the airport shuttle train (not a shuttle bus) to the terminal I needed. This wasn't my first time booking this hotel, but this time it was a horrible experience. When we arrived, the person at the front desk informed us that there would be a power outage at 11 PM for an unlimited duration! No explanation was given, and there was no commercial gesture (like a complimentary breakfast or anything similar). The power outage did indeed happen, and to make matters worse, the fire alarm went off at 2 AM for 10 minutes! As we were leaving, we asked them to at least offer us complimentary parking. The response from the front desk was, 'You need to pay for parking at the machine!' Luckily for us, the machine was out of order due to the power outage, so they had no choice but to offer it to us for free. Very disappointed with the team's behavior. I happened to be in Paris during a heatwave. It was 40 degrees Celsius, and the air conditioning was inadequate. The lobby AC worked fine, but the AC in my room blew warm air and was very noisy, making it impossible to sleep at night. The cleanliness also needs significant improvement. What's more, there was no water in the room; I had to take a kettle to the hallway to fill it up.
