Was very disappointed when I saw the room I requested 1 double bed and the room had 2 singles. The room smelt like bad and had obviously been recently vacated and not cleaned. Beds were dishevelled and there was a dirty towel on the bathroom floor. I went back down to reception and was given another room and an apology. I didn't think this was enough for my inconvenience. I spoke to the manager the next day and he asked who I booked with and when I would be checking out. He assured me he would sort something out for me and would be here Monday morning when I'm checking out. He also made remarks regarding my ethnicity which I found offensive. I am now checking out and been told the manager is not here. I am very disappointed and am going to make a formal complaint. Overall the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Not really happy with the breakfast very little and no variety. Would not stay here again.FromUS$76

It is said that Paris is not a safe area, but I didn’t feel that there was anything unsafe. The hotel walked to the subway station for 5 minutes. There were several staff who commanded the traffic throughout. It is said that the hotel asked people to maintain the security of the subway, so it’s safe. It’s okay to go outside at night. First off, I was incredibly impressed with the hotel's facilities. Compared to other hotels in central Paris, this one is very modern, clean, and the rooms are exceptionally spacious. In terms of price, it's also very attractive compared to other hotels. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the heart of Paris, but with Metro Line 13 right in front, it wasn't too inconvenient. They offer a wide variety of lunch options.
