Good location, walking distance to media city, shops and places to eat. Parking available at the hotel (£9 overnight) which was convenient but only one low power electric car charger on a nearby road. The family room was good but perhaps a little small for four. Also only two teabags provided, which was one cup of tea per adult - a few more would have been reasonable. Good breakfast and lovely helpful staff working there. All the hardwares are brilliant. Nice room , great location and good facilities but horrible customer service . Have a nice check-in on the first day , sorry for forgot the name, beautiful smile with a warm welcome and remember me when I come back in the next week. However not on the other days, the other receptionist always look grumpy. The thing is I’ve paid the parking every day when I come back from work but for some reason it didn’t show I paid on one of the day and charged it on my card which I paid the deposit. Email the customer service to claim it back , sent all the transactions from my bank to prove but cannot notice the mistake in the first two emails and just say that is what it is. After a few days gat back to me with a few words the money will go back to my account in a few days. No apologies or explanation for the incident, make me feel that I’m the wrong side and just want to cheating. Horrible customer service.FromUS$110

My husband and I booked this hotel to stay on the celebration of our daughter’s wedding and we were very impressed with all aspects of it the location was beautiful and all public areas were stunningly dressed to celebrate the festive period food and service in bars and breakfasts a very high standard the room we had was also very nice the only small thing that let it down was cobwebs and the amount of dust in corners and behind the tv apart from that a very pleasant experience

Decent hotel , location is sensible, great breakfast with decent options ! The rooms are tidy and of decent size . There was no fridge in the room we were given, for a family of 3! We weren’t able to keep our drinks cold or preserve our perishable items , only downside . Enough free spaces to park , they also allowed us to keep our car parked for extra hours after check out while we went to run other errands .Complimentary biscuits were available in the room. There’s a play ground for kids . An indoor pool game, well you have to pay to use though . About 15-20 minutes drive to old Trafford stadium, very close to Trafford centre.Overall good service😊. The location is very good. There are McDonald's and tesco around to solve three meals a day, and the surrounding environment is quite good; slightly smaller than domestic hotel rooms; no air conditioning but equipped with a small fan; There is a desk but the area is small and there are fans and coffee tea bags and cups piled up, so there is basically no office space. If it is a domestic hotel, it can give 3 stars or even less, but compared with other British and Japanese hotels I have been to, it can get close to 4 stars.FromUS$46
