The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by mature businesses, convenient for eating and drinking. There is no parking lot, but there are many roadside parking spaces nearby. It costs 40 cents for half an hour, and it is free from 8pm to 9:30am. I booked a sea view room, which has a good view. Unfortunately, the floor is a bit low. The room is large, the facilities and hygiene are also good, there is a kitchen, microwave oven, and tableware. Overall, it is very good and cost-effective.
The only thing I am not happy about is that I asked the front desk if there is a chance to change to a higher floor. The answer is that it needs to be confirmed the next day. The next morning, it was said that it would be confirmed at 10 o'clock. This is understandable. What I don't understand is that we were not there and took away all our things. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, prácticamente al lado de la playa. La media pensión funciona muy bien, el desayuno más que suficiente y la cena mejor que el almuerzo por cantidad y variedad; es importante tener en cuenta que los horarios de comidas están establecidos pensando en turistas que comen y cenan temprano, aún así es preferible por cantidad y por horario, cenar, que puede ser hasta las 21:30 horas (la media pensión es desayuno y cena). Mi vuelo tuvo mucho retraso, llegué al hotel después de las 00:00 y me ofrecieron una cena fría, muy amables. La zona de la piscina muy limpia, bien planteada y muy bien decorada; es importante tener en cuenta que los clientes suelen bajar desde temprano para “reservar” las hamacas poniendo toallas que no quitarán el resto del día. En mi caso, pagué una habitación standard y creo que las de esta clase están ubicadas en un edificio anexo que es más antiguo y con menos glamour que las superiores, que sí están en el edificio del hotel y dan a la piscina. Aún así, limpias y con todo lo necesario. El hotel es muy recomendable, en mi caso cumplió con las expectativas que llevaba. Recomiendo dos cosas: reservar habitación superior y no preocuparse mucho por la comida en el hotel, en caso de tener media pensión, vale la pena comer fuera y cenar allí.FromUS$180

Lovely hotel/apartments, although rooms were basic, they were adequate, especially for the price we paid. Not too far from the centre, there is also shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
Pool area nice and clean. We didn't use the restaurant facilities, so we can't comment.

The apartments are well appointed in Santa Ponsa just a short walk from the bay and restaurants. I was welcomed by the night manager who was very helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped. I have no issues with the 'front of house' experience. But, I question the company's ability to rationalise a dispute fairly. I was there for 2 nights only, visiting for a special occasion.
When I returned from eating after a long day I was locked out of my room and the night manager couldn't gain access with his pass key. He kindly arranged another room for me but all my belongings were locked in the other room.
I was due to be picked up the following morning for a trip into Palma, but missed the opportunity as I had to stay to wait for my belongings. They had to break into the room to access my stuff. The company's view towards my compensation was that they gave me another room so that's all they were prepared to offer, well I should hope they did give me another room I'd paid for it. I can't be bothered to take this any further to be honest, but be mindful if you're staying here and you have medication in your room, for example.FromUS$248

I was traveling in Mallorca that day and due to some unforeseen circumstances, I booked this hotel last minute, snagging the very last room. It turned out to be the perfect choice. This hotel is very new; the general manager told me it only opened last October and was even closed for three months during winter for maintenance, so all the facilities and equipment are sparkling. The staff speak excellent English, the design aesthetic is spot-on, and there are so many photo opportunities and sights to see in the common areas. Breakfast was also exquisite. The front desk lady was beautiful, spoke great English, and provided excellent service – she was incredibly attentive. We had a lovely chat, and I told her I absolutely had to praise her on Chinese social media; I hope she gets to see this! Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, parking is free and very convenient here; they'll even help you move your car and arrange a spot, which is actually quite rare in Mallorca.FromUS$338

I arrived at hotel on8/9/25 for a 7 night stay it looked good on advert but don't recall ever seeing it . I used to go to Santa Ponsa very very regular but been some years since there .
Its location for a start is just superb . You're walkable to everything . Beach is a bout 200 yards away .
Anyway nice walkway up to door and lovely reception area showing also lovely large dining area to right and again lovely large bar lounge area to left . Young lady at reception warm and welcoming and patient with me ( I have a little voice disability) .
My room was on first floor so apart from taking my suitcase up I never bothered using the two lifts during stay .
My room had two single bed together both good dimensions excellent toilet and shower room to all this and hotel itself lovely and clean . My room did not have sea view but the majority do .
Believe me I had a good wee time on that wee holiday and the hotel made it . Thank you .
