Location is superb, it is right next to the Efes Museum. We had a car so it wasn’t a big deal for us to go to the ancient city and the Virgin Mary’s tomb but even if we hadn’t, there are plenty of choices of public transportation. You can even walk to the ruins of the ancient city. The breakfast was nice, the staff was sincere and helpful. The cafe next to the hotel has good tea. And there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The castle is only a few hundreds away from the hotel.FromUS$41

I want to point out that your behavior is inappropriate and disrespectful. I felt insecure from the moment you told me, and I quote, ”if you were single, I'll show you more places.” I replied that I wasn't, and you knew that, and you added, laughing, ”No, but when you come back to Turkey and you're separated”. You're crossing three boundaries here. The first is as a guest at your hotel. The second is because of my age. I'm the same age as your son. Imagine if you had a daughter, would you like an older man to behave with her? And the third is as a woman, do you even know what goes on in a woman's head when you receive this kind of remark, even though you weren't suspicious? As a woman, you feel scared and you're measuring the level of danger that the man in front of you represents, because you are alone, vulnerable, not in your country. When you criticize truck drivers who only want to pick up female hitchhikers because they are interested in sex with them, you are no different from that kind of person by behaving like that with me. It's 2025, I'm a woman, and I no longer accept this kind of inappropriate and disrespectful behavior from men. We had the deluxe room, the room was luxurious, except for the smart tv which was not a deal breaker because we were there to enjoy the nearby historical attractions and the city itself. It’s walking distance to the downtown Selçuk where you can find various restaurants and cafes. The included breakfast buffet was great. The staff were nice and easygoing. There were two problems: the room’s entrance was not lit properly and the toilet flush was faulty. But they came when we reported the problem and fixed it. Its a family owned business, and although it is very difficult to find a hotel in this price range with an off street parking space, they still guide you to the street next to the hotel that the staff watches 24/7 and you park your car there.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend you to stay here.FromUS$132

This was our first family trip with our 16-month-old baby and also our first holiday after 3 years. Our last trip was to Jungle Aqua Hurghada, so we were really looking forward to this one.
We stayed at Aqua Park and booked through Trip.com for 2 adults and 1 infant. However, on arrival the reception staff embarrassed us by saying, in front of other guests, that we had only booked for 2 adults and not for 3 people. I showed them my booking confirmation clearly stating 2 adults and 1 child. After speaking to someone else, the receptionist simply said “okay fine” with no apology or explanation for the misunderstanding.
We were then given a room at the very end of the corridor, far from the lift, despite them clearly seeing we had a baby with us.
Another issue was the confusion around the “Ultra All Inclusive” package. We were told snacks and drinks were not included and that we would have to pay extra. We were also told we could not eat anywhere except the main restaurant, which only had around 4 dishes available on the first day. Whenever we asked questions at reception, the staff were not helpful and just kept saying “no, no, no” without properly explaining anything.
After I contacted Trip.com and complained, things improved slightly, possibly after they spoke with the hotel. But I was still charged almost £90 extra for my 16-month-old baby’s stay, which made no sense to me.
By the third day, the food situation became better, but then the bathroom started leaking. We called reception and they temporarily fixed the flush, but it leaked again afterwards. Since we only had 2 days left of our 6-day trip, we didn’t bother reporting it again.
Overall, this holiday was mentally exhausting rather than relaxing. We came back feeling stressed instead of refreshed. Unfortunately, due to the poor communication, lack of customer service, and overall chaos during our stay, I would not book this hotel again

This is the most satisfying hotel I have stayed in Turkey for 14 days. It is small and exquisite, and each floor has different decorations. Booked a room with a terrace on the top floor, the area is quite large. The hotel has a separate parking lot and parking is convenient. The hotel has sandy beaches, but the beaches and seawater are average. The swimming pool is good. More than 80% of the hotel's guests are seniors. Staying in the hotel for two nights seems to be living in a nursing home! The bathroom in the guest room was smelly, and the spray head was not easy to use. The owner is very friendly and friendly, very good English, very gentleman! Every little detail of the hotel is arranged with great care. Doors, stairs, bedsides, windows, floors, etc., all are solid wood. I really like the feeling of walking barefoot on the clean solid wood floor of the room. There are not many guests staying, but the hotel is still very prepared to prepare breakfast for several of us. It was supposed to be after 14:00 on the same day, but we arrived at the hotel at 9:00 in the morning, and the owner did not say that we arranged the early check-in. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. It's welcoming, peaceful, an oasis. Staff are friendly and caring. I wasn't feeling well one of our days there and staff checked to see how I was and if I needed anything. They seem to make a point of spending time with their guests and getting to know them.
Breakfast was good with a variety of food. Location was good for tour and walking downtown.

Selcuk is a small town because the nearby Ephesus site is lively. This hotel is located in the heart of the town, not far from the archaeological museum, the ancient castle and St. John's Church. The car can be parked on the small road in front of the hotel.
The hotel owner is very enthusiastic and will speak a few Chinese. The hotel's small garden and small pool are very beautiful.
The room size is slightly smaller but very clean. The breakfast location is by the pool, not in the form of self-service, it is arranged according to the number of people, will ask about the egg practice, things can be continued after eating.

The hotel itself is exuist, and the views and nature are simply breathtaking. Our room was spacious and well furnished with huge balcony. Spending evenings on the pool to observe sunset was very pleasant experience. Breakfasts are very tasty and each day you can find something special. The only thing is that once we checked in apart from the key to the room we haven't received any information about the facilities also even about the meals rules (breakfast even!) and we had to seek that info from the restaurant staff (not everyone speaks English). It is not hard to get to the hotel if you simply follow the instructions they've kindly sent us via WhatsApp.FromUS$304
