Room is very clean. Due to its in the forest , flies and mosquitos love to visit the place too, insect repellent is a must prepare ahead. The resort were well maintain even thought its about 30 years old. Bravo to the owner. I love the plants decoration around the compound, the ratio just nice . This is the first resort without a restaurant , but grab is available only up to 5 pm of the day before the stuff went off. Is a low season ,one month before Hari Raya , so I had the whole resort by myself 😬.the kitchen have full equipment to cook and it’s all very clean .we bought our own food to bbq. Charcoal and starter can be purchased when we reach. The rooms are in individual houses , so even it’s crowded won’t be too noisy. it’s a great place for family bonding or couples .they have 2 seperate sharing infinity pools which is consider clean.FromUS$94

Positive:
The host is pleasant and helpful.
Overall, It’s a nice, modest place to get away from the city, and no cell connection means you are forced to disconnect. You can purchase a 3 days internet package for a small amount, but connection is poor. This is fine with us as we were happy to be disconnected but able to maintain limited connection to internet for essential things we needed to do.
Be prepared to get the most of your experience:
Prepare your own toiletries, slippers, package food to be comfortable because they provide only a small bottle of shower gel and 2 towels for each person. The kitchen is well equipped for a proper cooking but no condiments or cooking oil, only with a couple of instant coffee and tea bags.
No restaurants near by, difficult to get food, and no Grab cars come in to take you out. (So you have to drive or pay more for taxi they can help to call for you - the taxi drive is amazing man, though a little costly)
On our second day, we discovered a Chinese Villa nearby and ate at its restaurant (need to pre-book)FromUS$83

Staff are very attentive, and facilities are well kept. However would have been useful to have a briefing when we arrived so that we are aware of meal times, facilities and locations . That being said the staff always got the answers for us when they didn't have it themselves.
They have allowance to cater wheel chair access guests.

We had a nice staycation there. Not too far from KL. The host and staffs are nice. However, only thing that make me felt uncomfortable is the bed, too hard. We had back and neck hurt next day. And the bed sheet, pillow, feel like there is a “powder” on it or dust (the place still under construction)…idk. Besides that, everything are great!

This hotel has a Muji-style aesthetic and a reasonably convenient location. The check-in and check-out processes were both simple and quick. However, the in-room Wi-Fi was inconsistent, sometimes working well and sometimes not. The water heater provided plenty of hot water, and there's a bathtub if you enjoy a soak. The room also has a designated area for luggage, a chair for relaxing, and a floor-to-ceiling window offering an outside view. On the downside, there's no wardrobe, just a hanger with four clothes hangers. The sink is located outside the bathroom, which is convenient for washing hands without waiting for the restroom, but it's a bit small, and turning the water on too high causes splashing.
