I was extremely satisfied with our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Cambodia. First and foremost, the service was exceptionally attentive. Despite being a bit of a distance from Pub Street, they offered free tuk-tuk service, which only required a reservation. Furthermore, whether we were checking in, checking out, or simply returning to the hotel for a short break, staff members would always greet us at the entrance with jasmine-scented cold towels and iced water. The dining experience was also unforgettable. The chef was particularly kind and engaging, always interacting with us after serving the food to ask if it was to our liking. On mornings when we had to rush for our itinerary, the hotel staff would proactively pack the food we needed, including two delicious iced coffees, which was incredibly thoughtful. Lastly, the in-room experience was fantastic. Even though air conditioning isn't common in many places in Siem Reap, the hotel consistently ensured our room was perfectly cool, making for a truly pleasant stay. I had an amazing stay at Memoire Palace Resort & Spa. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. I don’t remember any names, but truly, every single person I interacted with was friendly, kind, and professional.
The resort itself is beautiful — very peaceful, with a lovely garden and pool area that’s perfect for relaxing. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the calm atmosphere throughout the property — it felt like a true escape from the busy world.
The food at the restaurant was also great, and breakfast had a good variety.

Had a great stay. Service was great and location is quite convenient — Walking distance to shops and Pub Street. Cafes can be found nearby too. And only a block away to Koí The, my go-to mill tea store from back home (was surprised to find it in Siem reap.)
I was also able to enjoy the the pool and gym ( simple equipments only )
Only issue I had was with the roim AC, it was cold enough for my liking despite having switched the temp to the lowest temp possible. I just didn't bother reaching out to the staff as I couldn't be bothered to lug my things again just in case they'd offer another ( if they even would.) So make sure to check before you unpack all your things.

There are plenty of local eateries scattered around where you can sample authentic food, and with a convenience store and supermarket just a short walk away, I had no trouble with shopping during my stay.
The breakfast selection was also very diverse and satisfying; I looked forward to it every morning. The only minor disappointment was the poor hot water pressure. We had a wonderful stay. We had to change the first room that we got as it was too loud. The second room we got facing the pool on the 3rd floor was amazing. The stuff was very friendly and helpful with our issue. The swimming pool is great especially in the night time. Breakfast has good options. Anjali was perfect. Quiet, restful, and beautiful. The pool is always shaded by dense foliage so it seemed like we were in the middle of the jungle. The restaurant was amazing, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange all our tours and activities. We were especially lucky to have Mr. Chhlen drive us around all week in the tuktuk and the van: not only was he kind and knowledgeable, making helpful suggestions for attractions and restaurants we wouldn’t have known about otherwise, but also he was very attentive to our kids and helped keep them safe and entertained when we were out temples and souvenir shops. As one would expect from a hotel of this category, the hotel is impeccably managed and the freshness and hygiene are spotless. We stayed here in the off-season and found the value for money to be excellent. The only issue - a minor one - was that the staff, while always courteous and professional, came across as being somewhat distant and impersonal; apart from the initial welcome and efficient assistance in the organisation of transport to execute our visit programme, we felt somewhat overlooked during the rest of our stay.

We had a truly wonderful stay! Our butler, Sokha, was amazing—she took the time to show us the entire villa, informed us that laundry service was included, and ensured every detail was perfect. Another butler (I’m so sorry I forgot his name) who prepared our floating breakfast, helped us take photos, and even assisted with our luggage during check-out was equally fantastic.
The pool villa was beautiful—spacious with two floors, and the turndown service was a lovely touch. They even lit real candles along the stairs to the second floor and provided a mosquito net, creating such a warm and thoughtful ambiance.
The welcome drinks, fruit platter, and a mini bar with a full bottle of wine were wonderful gestures. The bathtub decorated with lotus flowers and the birthday amenities—cake, bed decoration, and flowers—made the celebration truly special.
