This is my second time staying at this hotel. There are som improvements and minor setbacks. The room and water from the bathtub is clean, no weird smelss. They also give like 10 bottles of water in the room which is much appreciated. The gym is really far and beacb is smelly. Pool is big. Breakfast was a letdown. Would stay again.FromUS$81

We loved Sara Resort. It is a little basic, but of course you are on an island and it has everything you want for a relaxing stay. The free pick up and drop off from the boat is great, otherwise it would be a bit of a walk from the pier. The bbq is amazing.FromUS$33

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, but my experience during check-in this time was disappointing due to inconsistent policies. The receptionist insisted on seeing physical, original IDs for every single guest in the room and refused to accept soft copies. However, when a separate group of my friends checked in with a different receptionist, they were only asked for one original ID. Management needs to clearly communicate and standardize ID policies so all staff are knowledgeable and fair. Aside from this frustrating check-in experience, the hotel itself, rooms, atmosphere, and breakfast were all excellent.FromUS$39

We stayed in “Eden Beach Resort” and want to share our experience.
Location is good because hotel has private pier, where the boat will take you from/to Sihanouk Ville. It was comfortable. I was impressed by the hotel green area as well 🌴
The hotel has their own water purification system, we drank tasty and fresh water everyday from reusable glass bottles.
Unfortunately we had some inconveniences in the hotel during our stay there.
Check in was a long time. We arrived on island 11 a.m. and waited check in 4 hours, 3 p.m. When we asked about a breakfast, we were told that breakfast not included this day, although previous hotels often went to meet us, and it was pleasant. Breakfast costs 12$ per person. Breakfasts was tasty but after few days I tired from it.
I would like to pay your attention with strays. Cats and dogs were in diner zone, they are they itched and got in the way. It made Unpleasant impressions.
I also want to say about some disadvantages about cleaning up rooms. In the morning time, when we spent time on the beach, our room wasn’t clean. If we went to walk, we asked the staff about cleaning our room. One day we didn’t ask about cleaning and we were left without cleaning 🤷🏾♀️
There were 4 towels in the room: 2 big towels, 2 small towels, which for face and hair (I think) but we used this towels for feet because there were no extra towels.
Totally staff working is good. Especially was pleasant administrator from Russian (as well as I remember Alex, but I can mistake). He helped our friends immediately (they had a problem with a safe and ordered double cleaning room because there is a lot of sand).
What about attractions?
The beach is good, near the hotel is clean but you should be ready for sand flyers. Oh Jesus! We were fully bited by them. Therefore our skin was swollen.
At the hotel you can rent a kayak. One day we paid 5 $ per hour. Then we were explained that it is necessary to pay only if there is the queue.
During check out we were waiting checking the rooms about 10 minutes. It’s not good 😁 a lot of more hotels refused this process.

Despite the some disadvantages our weekend in this hotel left a good impression. Place is beautiful, good, calm. There is a small work to improve the part of the service and cleaning, as well as control of the state of the territory and animals.FromUS$39

Fantastic hotel! The room (Deluxe Side View) was spacious with all the amenities you could need. The bed was really comfortable and the water was hot. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, from reception to restaurant staff to bar staff. The beach area was gorgeous, white sands. My partner and I are currently travelling South East Asia and I booked 2 nights at this resort as a birthday present for my partner so it was certainly a step up from the accommodation we have been staying in! Perfect accommodation for chilling and relaxing, was very quiet but we liked that. We really enjoyed our stay here, the beachfront villa we stayed in was very clean and had everything we needed. Wifi was slightly weak at times but not a major issue. We ate in the restaurant a couple times, food was nice and I had a couple cocktails which were very yummy! Maybe slightly more expensive than other restaurants but since breakfast was included we didn’t mind. About a 10 min walk along the beach to other hotel restaurants and a shop. Free paddleboards and kayaks to use. There’s a direct path (15 min walk) behind the resort to Lazy beach where we watched the most amazing sunsets both nights of our stay, would highly recommend!FromUS$72

I stayed for three nights ,booked an extra night as it was a lovely hotel. I was the only western guest as this is a Chinese area of Shianoukville.From my arrival to departure the staff were fantastic,more later. Great breakfast, very good gym, pool with loungers not good for me as I like sun and the pool area gets absolutely none. Comfortable sun loungers there. Wifi excellent everywhere.My room was on floor 18 and very quiet and with everything you need for a great stay. I used the 24hour spa for a wonderful massage 60 minutes for $20 US. I ate at the buffet one night which after 8.30 is buy one get one free.😋🤩😋. You always read in reviews about staff, I travel six months a year and I can honestly say that the staff here are amazing. Everyone so kind and smiling. A special mention to Royce a manager who I met at breakfast. Such a wonderful employee of the hotel as we're all of her colleagues,too many to mention. Shianoukville is an interesting place and not for me as it looks like it has developed for the male Chinese market, casinos,spas and KTV bars. Thanks to the hotel we had a good night out at Anchor bar on the beach which was fun and the hotel even used the hotel car to get is there. Amazing hotel.FromUS$72

Outstanding Luxury Experience – New Year Celebration (31 Dec 2025 – 1 Jan 2026)
I stayed at this hotel to celebrate New Year from 31 December 2025 to 1 January 2026, and it was truly an exceptional experience.
From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from all the staff. Every team member was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating, making us feel valued and comfortable throughout our stay.
The hotel truly feels like a palace. Based on my personal experience, it is much better and more luxurious than Sokha Sihanouk Hotel and Independence Hotel, where I usually stay. It even offers the same level or more luxury than Try Palace in Kep. Every detail reflects quality—from the door handles to the bed, everything feels premium and well-designed.
All facilities and equipment are modern, luxurious, and very clean. The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom, including a separate bathtub, shower/steam room, and toilet, which made the stay even more comfortable.
One thing I really appreciated was the generosity:
• Soft drinks and fresh fruits were plentiful and completely free
• The breakfast for special for the New Year celebration, breakfast manu
• They even offered free breakfast for my two children, even though they were over the usual free age limit — a very kind gesture
The location is perfect, with what I believe is the best beach in Sihanoukville. The sand is incredibly clean, smooth, and soft—like ground powder—and the beach area is well maintained.
I accidentally took their room key, the hotel staff were extremely understanding. They were not upset at all and kindly allowed me to return it on my next visit to Sihanoukville, which shows their trust and professionalism.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It is far more luxurious than Sokha and Independence Hotel, and easily ranks among the best luxury hotels I have stayed at in Cambodia.

Came here with my wife for a birthday getaway, and we definitely made the right choice. From start to finish, everything was smooth and hassle free. The resort staff even helped us check our ferry booking to make sure everything was in order and waited for our arrival at the ferry jetty. The resort is about 15 minutes from the Koh Rong Hill ferry terminal, although I have to warn you the journey can be quite bumpy!
Our room had an amazing view, was spotlessly clean, and had a very comfortable bed. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when it came to arranging and recommending activities.
We were provided with free paddle boards and snorkelling gear as well. Unfortunately, the water wasn’t very clear during our visit, so there wasn’t much to see underwater 😂, but that’s obviously beyond the resort’s control.
One thing I really loved was the resort’s location. It’s away from the bustling main Long Set Beach area, which made the whole trip feel much more peaceful and relaxing. The WiFi connection was also fantastic!
Overall, we had a wonderful and pleasant stay. The resort is well established, and the service, facilities, location, and overall experience made it absolutely worth every cent. I don’t usually write reviews, but this resort genuinely deserves the time. Would definitely recommend!FromUS$88

Wow~ It's super luxurious! As soon as you enter, there's a whole wall of fish tanks, which is fantastic for photos. The room is also very high-end, the bed is super comfortable, and the toilet is automatic. It's incredibly close to the beach; you can see the sea view and 'cotton candy clouds' right from the bed. It's only a 2-minute walk to the beach to catch the stunning sunset. I'll definitely come back next time, nice!FromUS$95
