I recently stayed here for a business trip and overall had a good experience. The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely the room size. I stayed in a suite and it was very spacious, with a separate living room, kitchen, and bedroom. It felt more like a small apartment than a hotel room, which was very comfortable after a long day of work.
The location is very convenient because it is connected to Plaza Semanggi, so it was easy to find food, coffee, and basic things without needing to go far. The hotel is also close to Sudirman and the business areas, but during peak hours the traffic around Semanggi can still be quite heavy, so you need to plan your travel time.
The facilities are quite complete — there is a swimming pool, gym, and some sports facilities. Breakfast was decent with both Indonesian and Western food, although the menu was more or less the same every day.

We enjoyed our stay at Ayaka Suites cause it has family rooms. It can accommodate 3-4 people in one room. The room is spacious enough, clean. The pillows are comfortable and right firmness. We love the extra pillows the hotel provided. The beds are also comfortable. The breakfast is ok. Location is strategic. Mixed feeling
Upon arrival the initial room assigned was a major letdown, which immediately affected our comfort level. More concerning were the cleanliness issues: we found a stain on the bed linens pillow blanket and the sofa.
On the positive side, the room was very large and spacious, offering plenty of room to move around.
Fortunately, the front desk staff were understanding and professional when we raised these concerns. Manager Arry promptly arranged for us to move to a different room. The second room was much cleaner and significantly improved our stay (I forget to take picture of the second room).
While our initial experience was poor due to the condition of the first room, we appreciate the hotel's quick and effective resolution of the issue.
Breakfast not bad, morethan enough to fill our stomach. For the price we've paid I think worth it, hotel also have afternoon tea on lobby for hotel guests every 5-7pm if I am correct. And hotel also connect to Epiwalk mall, a small mall but there is a supermarket on B1 and plenty restaurant.
Overall The Grove Suite by Grand Aston is recommended especially for family or business.FromUS$58

We love the apartment as it is a reputable hotel chain and it allows us to book more rooms for travellers who travelled as a family. However, the hotel should replace all small and compact size toiletries to those bigger size toiletries installed in the toilet to reduce wastage of throwing the bottles and saving the earth. The master room toilet door was not user friendly and dangerous as if you accidentally closed the door by leaving your fingers slightly on the centre of the door, it will pinch your fingers painfully. Security in hotel is safe. The staff at the counter should be more friendly by smiling at all passing by customers.
