The only downside was during check-in, the staff's attitude was a bit lackluster, no smiles, and their English wasn't very good. This was my first time staying at Sunway Lagoon Hotel. I had requested a king-sized bed in advance, but the hotel couldn't accommodate it. The staff offered two single beds pushed together for my stay. When I got to the room, I checked the floor and found a used feminine hygiene product, which I found absolutely disgusting. I called the reception, but no one answered. I had to go down to the front desk myself to find the hotel manager on duty. They kept apologizing to me, but then the hotel was able to immediately arrange a king-sized bed for me (meaning they had king-sized rooms available but were holding onto them, depending on whether their staff decided to give one to you). I had a nice stay at Resort Suites at Bandar Sunway. The room was big and spacious, which made the stay comfortable and good value for money.
The location is also very convenient, just a short walk to Sunway Pyramid Mall and nearby attractions, which made everything easy to access.
However, the walls are quite thin, so noise from сосед rooms and the corridor can be heard quite easily, especially at night.

I booked 3 nights at Subang USJ21 Main Place Mall 2R1B 5-6 Pax. The booking experience and assistance to access the property was above excellent. We were actually met at the property and handed the keys by Zara, unlike other blind check-is where you collect the keys from a mail box in a dark carpark. The property owner messaged me right away after booking offering helps and assistance at any time. The facilities, gym, swimming pool are all excellent and you'd enjoy every minute there. The people in the building are also very polite and kind. The building is directly above the Main Place Mall where you can find anything you need including restaurants, grocery, laundry, cafes any many other things.
The apartment itself is cozy and it feels like home. Certainly it's not the Grand Hyatt but it's clean and it serves the purpose. The only thing may bother you is some noise from the lift nearby, but if you have kids or don't have sensitive ears you won't be bothered by it. Certainly all the pros that comes with this property outweighs the cons.FromUS$30

I was very satisfied with my stay at Geno Hotel Shah Alam. The room I got was very spacious, clean, and the bed was indeed soft and comfortable for resting. The check-in and check-out process was also very fast, thanks to the front desk staff who were very friendly and professional. Facilities like the swimming pool and gymnasium were also excellent.
