I stayed at Seda Bonifacio Global City for four nights and five days. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was quick, although I was required to provide an ₱8,000 cash deposit. Since my flight was on the same day as check-out, receiving that amount back in cash was not very convenient.
What stood out most was how helpful the staff were when I experienced food poisoning. At around 1:00 a.m., I went to the front desk, and they immediately arranged transportation to the hospital. They also provided an in-house nurse who accompanied me to the emergency room and helped me with the registration process. I was extremely grateful for this thoughtful support during such a stressful situation. The following day, the manager called to check on me, which made me feel genuinely cared for.
The room was a good size and comfortable, and the hotel is in an excellent location where restaurants, shops, and other places are easily accessible.
Breakfast was not included in my booking, but I decided to try it on the last day. I asked whether hotel guests received a discount, but unfortunately, there was none. The food was delicious and the service was excellent, although I expected staying guests might receive a reduced rate.
Overall, I had a very positive experience. The kindness, compassion, and exceptional support shown by the staff, especially during my medical emergency, made a lasting impression. The Horizon Club Room offers a truly expansive view, and the breakfast at the rooftop restaurant is excellent. BGC is bustling day and night with constant traffic, and you can even see Makati in the distance. As expected from a Shangri-La in the central business district, the facilities are top-notch, cleanliness is superb, the environment is safe and convenient, and the service is impeccable. There is no need to talk much about Shangri-La. It's an old high-class hotel. The service and everything are very good. Stayed at this condo near SM Aura and it was a really good experience. The location was super convenient—walking distance to SM Aura, Market! Market!, and a lot of places around BGC. The unit was clean and cozy, and had everything I needed. Fast Wi-Fi and the Smart TV came in handy for relaxing at night. The bed was comfy too. Bonus points for the gym and pool in the building.
