It doesn’t just look clean—it actually feels clean. As someone with severe skin sensitivities, it is rare for me to sleep through the night comfortably or use hotel towels without having skin issues, but everything here was immaculate and safe for my skin.The service is absolutely superb and intuitive. On my first day, I requested two extra bottles of water and extra towels (two large, two small). For the rest of my stay, the housekeeping team anticipated my needs and automatically left four bottles of water and four extra towels every single day. I loved that I didn't have to call and ask every time. The food at the hotel was also very nice.The only minor downside was that the room's water pressure was a bit weak. I found that its location is super good, whether it is a taxi or a subway is super convenient, and the scenery outside the window is very good, you can see the Holy Trinity. The location is fantastic, and there's plenty to explore nearby. The room was spacious and quiet, and the price was just right. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and spoke English slowly and clearly, which made me feel very cared for. The room was small, and the receptionist was friendly but unprofessional. For example, when I asked how to get to Gori, they said I could take a taxi. (It's like telling me to take a taxi from Shanghai to Suzhou—why would I ask if I could take a taxi?)
When I asked where the intercity train station was, they said they were new and didn't know. They completely lacked any willingness to help me look it up. Basically, they knew nothing about answering my questions and gave random replies after reading my message.

A very high standard hotel, located in the center of things and within walking distance of the Old City, the Peace Bridge, and Freedom Square. The hotel staff was courteous, helpful, and attentive. They upgraded our room to a river view room at no extra charge. The spa with a large pool and jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room was excellent and included in the room price.
Breakfast was excellent.
For those who observe kosher, a 2-minute walk from the hotel is a kosher restaurant called Mendis, and a 5-minute walk near the Great Synagogue in Tbilisi is another kosher restaurant called King David.
