The hotel uses black and dark grey colour theme for their lift lobby and corridors. It’s very dim and quite scary to walk through the corridor at 10 plus at night. I used flash light , hence My photos could not capture the real ‘dimness’ and eerie atmosphere.

The Senbo Grandma's Home resort is nestled amidst lush green mountains and rivers, spanning a vast area. Getting around primarily relies on shuttle buses, making it ideal for family vacations. We booked a duplex starlight room, a family room, and a treehouse king room. Overall, the starlight room offered the best experience. The treehouse room we stayed in last had a bit of a musty smell, and late at night, we discovered the bathroom air conditioner was leaking, and it made a creaking noise while cooling. However, the hotel staff responded quickly, and someone promptly arrived with a box and towels to deal with the leak, and they also said they'd call a technician for repairs. The kids had so much fun they didn't want to leave. When we checked out, the butler even gave them a small gift, which made them very happy. Due to time constraints, we also visited the nearby Heartbeat Park and the newly opened water park.
