Там хорошие красивые комнаты, большая ванная, очень очень чисто.Хочу ещё добавить, что завтраки были очень разнообразными и вкусными, в ресторане хорошо обслуживали, и сервис номера, чистота были очень хорошими.Женщина которая обслуживала нашу виллу и номера, содержит комнаты в абсолютной чистоте и заботится о комфорте пребывания гостей. Я ей благодарна. Но были и другие сотрудники отеля, которые грубо разговаривают с посетителями, могут остановить вас и устроить Допрос:куда вы идете, Идете ли вы в свою комнату, девушка молодая указывала что мне делать: надо сидеть мне в комнате а если надо выйти то я должна такси вызвать. Это серьезно, так было) Другая молодая девушка с ресепшн обманывает иностранцев,она рассказывает что Резорт очень большой и до ближайшего магазина идти 4 км, а потом ещё 6 км, поэтому надо вызвать такси. Я пошла в другом направление что она меня направляла и через 300-500 метров вы найдете мини маркет, там товары, найдете еду также (идите в сторону причала Марина),на пляже тоже полно еды. А ещё, эта девушка врала мне, что кафе куда гостей должны отвезти за бесплатным кофе, оно уже закрыто и я должна вызвать такси туда за свои деньги,))Это ложь раскрылась на следующей день, когда я нашла это кафе ,,(оно тоже недалеко, можно дойти, хотя она ПУГАЛА меня что это очень далеко,), так вот это она сказала что оно работает до с 8-5 p.m но это кафе закрывается 6 p.m. Она так кричала на меня и говорила что меня не могут туда отвезти потому что это уже закрыто (я обратилась на ресепшн в 5p.m), и теперь я должна ехать туда за свои деньги. Скажу вам ещё что туда даже ехать не надо, туда можно дойти пешком!!! К чему это враньё, господа ? У меня все хорошие представления об этом месте рухнули. Не обращайтесь за помощью на ресепшн, вы можете нарваться на ложь и обман.Это мерзко! И ещё хочу сказать, что я по возрасту в два раза старше этих девушек, и я клиент который платит деньги, а они обязаны предоставить мне обслуживание за эти деньги и никто не имеет права допрашивать меня о том, куда я иду и что я хочу делать. Я не обязана отчитываться перед обслуживающим персоналом. И повышать голос на клиента нельзя! Поэтому я в шоке от них.

Тихий отель. Гостеприимный персонал. Помогли поднять чемоданы, подогрели еду. Предложили экскурсии.
Номер достаточно просторный, 2 отдельные кровати нормальной ширины, с хорошим постельным и одеялом(за одеяло отдельное спасибо ). Спали Замечательно. Кондиционер тихий. Плесени нигде нет. Насекомых нет.
Завтрак: сказали, что это вьетнамская еда. Не знаю, как называется: пласты рисового теста, его макают в какую -то кисловатую жидкость. Яйцо отварное, арбуз и 2 тоста. Кофе 3 в 1.
В отеле идет ремонт. И живет много детей, тишина примерно с 23 часов до 7 утра. В остальное время - звонкий детский смех и игры.
Хозяин очень обиделся, что переехали в другое жилье(оно было ранее забронировано) и отказался помочь с вызовом такси.

The room was dirty, especially the floors. However, it offered a magnificent view. The beds were comfortable, and breakfast was decent. The hotel is a bit worn, but not critically so. We stayed for two nights before our trip to Ha Long Bay and then returned there. There's absolutely nothing to do at the hotel itself, and the surrounding area is barren – nowhere even to take a walk. We really should have stayed in the city, but who would have known? It's perfect for an overnight stay before a cruise. The hotel offered a fantastic price for an airport transfer from Hanoi and provided a superb car. We were quite satisfied.FromUS$22

We departed at about 11:50 and took a shuttle boat for about 50 minutes before transferring to the Queen Legend we had booked. The room was great, especially the triple room, which was spacious and comfortable. It was very pleasant to sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view. We returned to the shore at about 11:15 the next day.

I'm happy to choos to go on Hera Grand Luxury Cuise to tour around Ha long Bay. Their customer rep Roxanne gave me great service. She was there to ensure my cruise trip was a smooth and pleasant one. She even arranged my transportation between Hanoi and Ha Long Bay. Tour leader Minh was experienced and informative. He took us to visit famous scenic spots such as Sung Sot Cave, Titip Island.... And we had a Tai chi lesson and went kayakig the next morning. Also,the cabin room was comfortable and the cabin crew was friendly and helpful. I had a great time on Hera Grand Luxury Cruise. Our cruise was very lovely and the staff especially our tour manager Harry was exceptional. The food on the boat was very high quality especially the set menu for dinner. The views were amazing and the expeditions were lots of fun. I do have these concerns - on trip.com it states drinks and snacks are included on the cruise, this is misleading. This refers to one mocktail 250ml drink, and a bit of potato chips. Do not expect free drinks like water or soda or even just coolaid to be free to drink - you have to pay for everything. There is filtered water that you have to refill yourself at the back of the boat but this was a bit dodgy if you ask me. Breakfast and lunch was also good - not extravagant but hearty. There are also some hidden costs here and there where you have to pay extra for this tour or extra for that, which I whish was just all inclusive because I don't want to be bothered by paying for more things when on a trip.FromUS$174
