The room size was decent, plenty of entertainment on Level 1 *some are not free* and a foot bath right in front of the hotel. Put some mosquito repellent, we didn't even get to sit more than 5 mins because of mosquitoes. Loved their dinner buffet. Thanks to the free alcoholic drinks we got to sample a few different types of sake. The food was good and for the breakfast French toast was the best. The dinner buffet timing was only 1.5 hours but it was more than enough for us. The room pricing isn’t cheap but it’s definitely worth the value if you just want to spend a quiet and relaxing evening inside the hotel after visiting some of the attractions around the area.FromUS$70

It perfectly captures the traditional Japanese style. The onsen has both indoor and outdoor baths, and the matcha green tea–style hot spring was truly unique—it left my skin feeling incredibly smooth thanks to the special water quality. I liked the entrance to the hotel with a Japanese atmosphere.
The parking lot is not next to the building, but across the street, so please refer to the rental car.
After staying at a business hotel, I went to Irifuneso, and the tatami room was spacious and nice.
I was worried that the wallpaper was squeaky, but it was neat whether the dopai was new.
The furniture is old, but I think it's also the history of an old hotel, so I feel atmospheric ~
Amenities, towels, Yukata can all be taken by themselves, and traditional Japanese zhuri (?) is in the room.
The best thing was the hot springs and breakfast.

This hotel has a history of 130 years. There is an indoor and outdoor pool for girls, and one for boys outdoors. There is no private soup in the old hotel.
The boss opened a new restaurant opposite the hotel. It was opened on the day we arrived. You can make reservations for the private soup in the new restaurant. Fortunately, the enthusiastic boss took us around. It turned out that the private soup in the new hall is just a big wooden barrel! The ground floor of the new building is used as a guest house, and the second floor is the home of the boss’s daughter. I personally feel that it is more traditional stone masonry.
The skin of the hot spring blisters is very slippery. After returning to Shanghai, my friends said that my skin is in good condition, haha
When we left, the owner and his wife went out to see them off in person, a very humane shop!

Need a car to reach the place, but it's easy to find via GPS. The hosts have been very friendly and guided us well. The kids had fun walking the goats, feeding the chickens, and helping with the cooking.

This is my third time in Ureshino. I stayed at a different ryokan in Kaki, and this one was great value for the price. We booked a room with breakfast included but no dinner, and everyone in my group was very satisfied. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean for the price. The only downsides were that the private bath was a bit expensive and the tatami mats felt a bit old. However, the hot spring water is truly Ureshino quality; it is the best. The surrounding environment is also wonderful for a walk. There is a Totorogi park, so I highly recommend it if you want a relaxing trip. However, food options are somewhat lacking. Ureshino Onsen ♨️ They say your skin feels amazing after a soak, and it truly lives up to its reputation! I'd definitely come back again. This onsen hotel included breakfast and dinner with the booking. We stayed in a two-story villa, which is a bit further from the main building, about a few minutes' walk. If you don't feel like walking, the hotel offers a shuttle service, so the service is excellent. Check-in was naturally quick. The main building has an outdoor bath and various other baths, but since they're not that big, it can be hard to get a spot at night. Our villa had a private onsen, so we could take our time soaking in the room. The kaiseki meals for both breakfast and dinner were also quite good. A hot spring hotel friendly to solo travelers. The lady at the front desk wrote handwritten travel guide recommendations. You can make a reservation for the hot spring house once a day. It's really a beauty soup. My skin feels slippery after running. The town is not big, but it is very relaxing if you don’t do anything. Will go again if I have the chance.
