The initial welcome was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was clean. We had a great time in the pool with our children. The spa massage was especially nice. I recommend that anyone visiting Cappadocia choose a hotel with air conditioning because it's very hot. The air conditioning in our room was freezing. I recommend it to everyone. The hotel property is very nice and the staff was exceptional. Except the air in the room was very stale and hot, and we were put right next to the road so it was very noisy and hard to sleep, the roof of the room is made from wood so along with car noise and a bus of people being very loud at 6am then around 7:30 the people upstairs walked on top of our heads for an hour and cars almost shake the room. Also the pool is too cold in May to swim…all in all it is a nice hotel with very polite staff but I recommend asking for a quiet room away from the road and a fan for a decent sleep. リニューアルして最高に綺麗になったホテルです。リゾートとしてホテル内で過ごせるためのプールやクラブハウス、ラウンジもあります。さらには、ホテルの方にお願いすれば案内してくれる屋上（正確にはケーブの丘のてっぺん）からは手つかずの大自然の谷が見え、サンライズ、サンセットも楽しめます。カッパドキアの中では観光地に振り切っていない分、ローカルに即したお土産の買い物がしやすいユルギュップに少し歩けば行けますし、その途中にはきれいなハマムもあります。どちらかというと、熟年の落ち着いた雰囲気の方々よりも、若い感性へのオシャレ寄りの方に特にお勧めです。
今回の旅はあいにく夏場なのに風が強くて、カッパドキアに3連泊したのですがいずれの日も気球が飛ばず、もう一泊こちらのホテルに延泊しました。延泊の手続きだけではなく、気球の予約、一日余った分のレジャーのアレンジ、飛行機の変更、移動のタクシーの手配など、急遽様々なアレンジが発生したのですが、トルコ語が話せない我々をいつもニコニコして一生懸命サポートしてくれました。本当に感謝です。そして、なんとか4日目にして気球が飛んだと報告すると、一緒に喜んでくれました。
トルコのホテルはいずれもホスピタリティに溢れているのですが、こちらのホテルのスタッフさんもすぐにゲストの顔を覚えてくれて、とても心地よく過ごせました。ありがとうございました。FromUS$270

We stayed at this hotel for one day and had a holiday that exceeded our expectations. The facilities provided by the hotel and the attentive service of the staff are really great. I would like to thank the Guest Relations Manager Demet Hanım and her team as well as the rest of the staff who made us feel special and never lacked in sincerity and friendliness. Additionally, the food was excellent; varied and delicious choices at every meal. Especially the open buffet and restaurant provided a great experience. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the overall vibe of the hotel was very peaceful. The pool area is also very pleasant, providing an environment where you can relax and enjoy every moment. If you want to experience a real niche in our hotel 3 nights, it has a feature that is not in the area where it is managed with a virtual assistent. I would like to mention the environmental information of the additional staff, the fact that they are ridiculous and that they really understand what you want, and that they are preparing to prepare it, especially for two people who are interested in us. Abdurrahman Bey and Halil Bey have done this job in a professional sense, we thank you very much for having never missed their quality standing and laughing faces, who listened to our demands, our suggestions, and gave us a real guest feeling. 🙏 We want to live this experience again, with the approach of these beautiful people in the team, every service taken at the hotel has made the staff and hotel balance that we can't see in real terms. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. While walking around the property was a joy, the buggy service was a great convenience for those who preferred to ride.

The hotel's ambience is very beautiful. I can say one of the most beautiful hotels in the area. I found breakfast inadequate. especially with regard to the warmth. In general, everyone's worker wrote very interested but, in fact, the worker seemed to be in their own condition. We received a response if we asked. I used the pool once, unfortunately the swimming pool was not very clean. I saw the next day cleaning was done. The sounds in the environment arranged a little disturbed. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. it's at ibrahimpasa, a quiet area outside of the main touristy areas of goreme and uchisar. We checked in easily, and we were immediately impressed by the rooms we booked (the deluxe cave suite with jacuzzi). We stayed in Room 404.
After the first night, we informed the reception that our jacuzzi wasn't working, and they upgraded our room to the imperial cave suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. It was lovely and we appreciated the kind gesture. They also helped us with luggage as we moved rooms (to Room 401), and it was all a seamless experience despite the mild inconvenience.
The rooms we stayed in were always warm even in winter, and we never found anything to be lacking. Just a note for light sleepers, Room 401 is along the stairs/walkway down to the lower levels, so if there guests who come back late at night and are loud, you will most definitely hear it!
Breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with an espresso coffee machine I really appreciated after drinking Turkish coffee for a week!
A small note that the bathrooms often smelled a little bad, perhaps it's the sewage system. Not a big problem tho. It's barely noticeable.
We rented a car and drove, so getting in and out of town was never a problem. Parking is available at the hotel, and is free, if you drive!
The roads leading in to the hotel are a little narrow, so definitely not for non-confident drivers, but we found it ok.
