Overall, while the location and cleanliness are good, poor service, maintenance neglect, and unfair treatment made our stay disappointing.
The staff were very unhelpful and dismissive with maintenance issues. The shower head holder was broken and never fixed, and on our last morning the A/C stopped working with no resolution and follow-up. Our room faced the inner courtyard and the window couldn’t be opened, making it uncomfortably warm which we had to leave the door open until checkout.

Great location across the street from the main train station. Two blocks from the 106 airport bus stop. I booked a smaller room, twin beds, which I found comfortable. The breakfast was average. By that, I mean there was no method to warm the food they offered, like the crepes or pancakes. They did have a warmer for the scrambled eggs, at least. There was no toaster. Mrs. Agata said that I checked in at the reception desk at 1:20 pm, and she said I would check in after 3:00 pm. I asked if there are other solutions or room possibilities, Mr. Agata holds the ID card in his hand
It is personal and shameful to say that you do not understand Polish!
The two couples checked in after me without any problems, but the room availability is different due to the standard or arrangement of the bed

The hotel is about a 10 min walk from Wroclaw train station, and also about a 10 minute walk to the old town square where the Christmas market was. Perfectly situated I must say. The room was well maintained, and I really appreciated the wall in the bathroom that was heated (warm towel and clothes after shower in winter = bliss). The staff were all very friendly and helpful, sharing with us the map of the attractions and also bringing to our attention all shops would be closed on Sundays l. Overall, I have very mixed feelings.
1. Tasty breakfasts from the menu; the buffet is ridiculous; it would be better if there wasn't one. Two juices to choose from, apple and pear :) and remember, this is a 5-star hotel. There's not even honey for the tea. So, compared to a competing hotel nearby for the same price, I don't know why you're paying so much for breakfast.
2. The photos of the rooms on the trip were slightly different from the real thing. There was no picture on the wall and no chair to sit on.
