First off, the hotel's facilities are excellent, the room was great, and cleanliness was impeccable. They even gave us a souvenir upon check-out, which was a nice touch. However, I personally feel there are some issues with the operational team. Firstly, the room lacked a laundry hamper, so there was nowhere to put dirty linens. Secondly, the automatic curtains didn't close properly and needed to be manually adjusted. Thirdly, the breakfast selection wasn't very diverse, and the chef seemed to prepare the dishes quite carelessly. The bacon was deep-fried and chewy, and the breakfast sausages were also deep-fried, looking unappetizing and lacking juiciness. The noodle station didn't display its options clearly; I could only see a few toppings. I only realized there were rice noodles after I had already ordered regular noodles.
