The hotel's location is super convenient, right at the entrance of Wuzhishan Scenic Area. The environment is great, and the air in the park is fantastic. The hotel service is also good, all the staff are really nice. They even have parrots and other small animals! The hotel facilities are all decent, but since it's in the mountains, it's definitely a bit damp, and the room had a musty smell. Lastly, I have to complain about the pillows – I'm not sure if it was due to the dampness or if they simply hadn't been changed. I had to ask for a new pillow. The hotel is hard to say. I like it very much when I arrive at the hotel. The scale service, room size and hygiene are quite satisfactory. I live in the air conditioner Kakaka like a tractor. I communicated with the customer service and changed the room. Due to the city construction, the hotel is under construction on the south Shenghe River. The sound of the excavator was until 6 o'clock in the evening. The construction was broken to the municipal pipeline. The front desk said that there was no water in the city for a day. The hotel had hot water and it was too hot. It was impossible to wash it in a hot bath! At 11 o'clock in the evening, the water came, and the bathroom was blocked again. Turns out this used to be a four-star hotel that was part of a real estate project by Zhengmei Group in the Wuzhishan scenic area. It's a standard four-star hotel, quite a distance from Wuzhishan city, with a long winding mountain road that made me feel a bit carsick. However, the air in the mountains is indeed excellent.
Facilities: Complete but a bit old.
Cleanliness: Pretty good.
Environment: Located within the Wuzhishan scenic area, it's convenient for nearby attractions. There are electric shuttle buses and shared electric scooters available via QR code.

We stayed at Star Villa, which was a very nice combination of a lodge style room and modern touch with all the appliances and full size windows. Scenery of a rainforest was very relaxing and beautiful. It was easy to get around by hotel cars. Good amount of walking and enjoying fresh air makes you sleep well at night, in a cozy bed. Local restaurant served hearty breakfast rice noodles with pork which we liked very much. Dinner was delicious, even though the signature dishes are a unique wild cuisine of local people, it is modernized and eventually fit our stomach well. Wuzhishan park is close to the hotel, and taxi was arranged for us for visiting it. Service was excellent. I recently stayed at the Rendishan Rainforest Hotel. The experience was perfect and I have to share it!
The hotel environment is first-class. As you enter the lobby, you will be greeted by luxurious chandeliers, shiny marble floors, and vibrant green plants that exude a fresh scent. The room is exquisitely decorated, and the warm lighting creates a cozy atmosphere. The beautiful city view outside the window makes people feel particularly comfortable.
