This is a fantastic hotel located near Osaka Station, offering convenient transportation and a bustling commercial area. It's easy to get to Shin-Osaka Station and Kansai Airport from here. You can even take the airport bus directly to the hotel's doorstep. However, the signage for the airport bus stop on the hotel side isn't very clear; you'll need to enter KITTE OSAKA and then go through the glass door on the left. The hotel lobby is on the 29th floor, along with the breakfast area. Check-in was very quick. We had a corner room with a great view and plenty of natural light. The room was well-equipped, and the minibar was complimentary for the first use. Breakfast offers à la carte service, but there are only two options. The variety of breakfast choices is decent, featuring typical Western and Japanese selections commonly found in Japanese hotels.

The hotel is right above Umeda Station, with Daimaru department store downstairs, and it's super close to Hankyu and Hilton, making it incredibly convenient. The executive lounge is fantastic; it's a great spot to relax after a long day of exploring. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Osaka Umeda is our go-to area when we visit Osaka, and this was our first time staying at this hotel. I honestly think it's the best value-for-money hotel around Umeda. It's just a short walk from the West Exit, really close by, and the Herbis stop for the airport limousine bus is also nearby, offering excellent and varied transport options. It's a fantastic choice for anyone traveling from Osaka Station or planning a shopping trip in Umeda.

I spontaneously booked this hotel because it was the closest one to the airport shuttle, and I was pleasantly surprised! Here's some info for everyone: **Location:** It's super close to the airport shuttle (a 5-minute walk). Even with 2 suitcases and 2 tote bags, the distance was perfect. It's also incredibly close to major shopping malls and Osaka Station, making it convenient for catching any transport you need for sightseeing. Seriously, it's so convenient! There are plenty of food options nearby too, so you don't have to go far at all. 👍 **Amenities:** They offer complimentary coffee and drinks, afternoon tea, and an evening bar (all free!). The service is just amazing. Plus, there's a large public bath, gym, washing machines, ice maker, and microwave. Basically, they have everything you could possibly need, and if something isn't provided, you can usually borrow it. There's a clear guide explaining all the services. The rooms come with a fridge, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand/face soap. In the lobby, you can help yourself to Sekkisei lotion and toner. The bed even has a button that I assume is for heating, because it made the bed wonderfully warm and comfortable. Honestly, everything is so thoughtfully prepared. And, super important, there are tons of charging ports – absolutely fantastic! 👍 **Space:** The room was much more spacious than I expected. I had 2 large suitcases and 2 huge tote bags, and there was plenty of room to open everything. For Japan, I'd say they've made excellent use of the space. All my requests, which I noted during booking, were met. 😌 **Overall:** I originally booked this last minute, simply choosing a hotel where I could fully redeem my Trip.com points. After using my points, I only paid the taxes, so I wasn't expecting much in terms of quality. However, I was genuinely and unexpectedly satisfied! If I were paying the regular price, which seems to be around 400-600 RMB, this hotel would be the king of value for money in the Osaka Station area. If you're looking for a place to stay in the Umeda shopping district, don't even think twice – just pick this one!

I stayed at this hotel in Osaka, and my overall experience would be an 8.5 out of 10. It's especially perfect for those who want convenient dining and shopping, and who prioritize good transportation! First off, the location is absolutely incredible! It's only a 5-10 minute walk from JR Osaka Station, and even closer to Nishiumeda Subway Station. Whether you're heading to Shinsaibashi for some shopping or to Umeda Sky Building for night views, it's easily manageable with a walk plus a short subway ride. Downstairs, there are convenience stores, plenty of izakayas, and restaurants, so after a long day of exploring, you don't have to go far to find food – a lazy person's dream! The hotel's style is quite unique, with an European retro vibe. The lobby is on the 8th floor (the ground floor is a parking lot, so don't get lost on your first visit!). The chandeliers and wooden decor look very tasteful, giving you the illusion of staying in an old European castle – great for photos. While the rooms aren't huge, that's pretty standard for city hotels in Japan. The major plus is how incredibly clean they are; the bed was neatly made every day when I returned. Toiletries and free Wi-Fi are all provided, and the bedding is super soft – so comfortable to lie on after a tiring day. The service was also impeccable. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and patient, answering all my questions about routes and nearby restaurants. Even if their English wasn't perfect, we could communicate slowly. Check-in and check-out were quick, no long waits. However, I do need to be honest about the downsides: some rooms are close to the train tracks, so you can hear the train at night. If you're sensitive to noise, I recommend requesting a higher floor or a room away from the tracks in advance, and bringing earplugs just in case. Also, the decor is a bit dated, so some facilities look a little old. And there's no self-service laundry room; if you're staying for several days and need to do laundry, you'll have to ask the front desk for recommendations for nearby laundromats. Overall, the value for money is definitely there. It's conveniently located, clean, and comfortable. The minor drawbacks don't really detract from the overall experience. I would choose this hotel again next time I'm in Osaka!
