Near Iitaqiao or Waterway Bridge Station, traffic is in all directions. To the hotel in Tokyo, the room is very large, and there is plenty of room to move around when the two suitcases are completely flat. Equipment is everything, the refrigerator is large, there are ice grids, TV has Youtube, etc. And what makes us most satisfied is that the room has washing machine and drying facilities. Think about it. If you live in other restaurants, you have to spend extra time and energy to go to other floors to deal with laundry and drying clothes. This stay at Real Life and back at the hotel really made us feel really relaxed. Seeing other comments that there are projects outside the hotel and near the street, so there is a lot of noise, I also worried at first, but finally found that although there is a sound, but in fact, the impact is not big, at least not affecting our sleep.

I highly recommend this hotel! Most hotels around Lake Yamanaka tend to be a bit older, and this one is no exception. However, a major plus is that the bus stop is just a 2-minute walk downstairs. You can take a bus up to Gotemba Premium Outlets or down to Oshino Hakkai and Shinjuku. A little further down, there's a bike rental shop that accepts WeChat Pay and Alipay, with no deposit required. You can feed the swans right downstairs and enjoy a super chill bike ride around the lake. The hotel provides fresh disposable towels daily and four bottles of water in the room. The first and last pictures are of that small bus station.

My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. It's about a 5-minute walk from Iidabashi Station, an easy stroll even with a suitcase. The room came equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker, and pots, among other things. The small kitchen was very convenient. There's also a supermarket right in front of the hotel. No complimentary water, though. For breakfast on both mornings, we went to Matsuya in front of Iidabashi Station. Room cleaning and linen changes are subject to a fee. They kindly stored our luggage from 9:00 AM on the first day (before check-in) and until 4:00 PM after check-out. After checking out in the morning, we could easily walk to Tokyo Dome, Kagurazaka, and other places. It was a truly convenient location. The room had a double bed and a single bed. There was still plenty of space to open two suitcases on the floor. I highly recommend it and plan to stay again!
