Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly during check-in, and they even brought my luggage up after I dropped it off to explore the city. Room was clean and spacious, even with my luggage open. No complaints at all. Breakfast had a nice and varied spread, but some dishes were slightly cold. Would love to stay here again.

I stayed here for a night last month for the first time in a while. I was happy that someone at the front desk remembered me. What I like about this hotel is its meticulous cleaning and constant attention to hygiene. I was touched to see that the TV remote control and air conditioner handset were still wrapped in cellophane, even after the COVID-19 pandemic has ended. There's still a small duck on the bathmat, which makes me feel warm and fuzzy. There was a message card in Hiroshima dialect on the desk in my room, asking me to take the duck home with me on my trip. This hotel exudes a warm, human touch. It's conveniently connected to department stores and Hiroshima Station via an underground passage. You can also easily get to the airport limousine bus stop without getting wet in the rain. Next time I stay, I'd like to try the free hydrogen water. Thank you very much.

They have a happy hour every night from 5-7 PM with half-price drinks, and you can even order sushi and tempura at reasonable prices. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
