This is the best choice out of the Shinagawa Prince Hotels as it includes breakfast has a nice cozy business lounge, cleanest and slightly bigger rooms.  Most importantly the check-in is not chaotic unlike the Shinagawa Prince or East.

I stayed here again this year. It's right across the street from the Takanawa Exit of Shinagawa Station, in the East Tower. You can check yourself in and out, which is convenient. I stay here often for business trips, mainly because it's close to Haneda Airport and makes transferring to various train lines really easy. If you book in advance, the room rates are quite reasonable. I've tried to book breakfast before but never actually ate it because the lines were too long, so I just skipped it this time. The single room is big enough to open a large suitcase flat, which is fine. However, the luggage storage service now only allows same-day storage. Last time I was here, I could store my luggage for a few days until I returned from another location to check in again. This time, the staff member didn't even know if there was a time limit for the automatic lockers and just said she didn't know. Absolutely no service awareness; she could have checked and then gotten back to me. Luckily, I can speak Japanese, so I asked another Japanese staff member, who answered fluently and satisfactorily. It really shows how some local staff lack an understanding of their job responsibilities, the equipment within their workplace, and how to use it – it's truly baffling. So disappointing! I guess that's why she's only working at the luggage counter...

Location wise, Shinagawa prince hotel located near the Shinagawa station, so you are basically can travel anywhere without any hassle, reallyy JR lines (Yamanote Line) even Natrita Express and Shinkansen all passing by this station. The hotel it self is pretty big, they have so many tower (i stayed in Annex Tower) there are so many things to do inside this hotel, there is a bar, a cinema, shopping centre, a 7-11, a bowling area, aquarium, you name it 😄. The room i booked also pretty spacious, it can fit 3 people and our big luggage. With a great view toward the city (the are a huge window). The aminities is pretty ok (hotel standard) they also offer a drip coffee (which taste really good) that they refill every day (you can ask more if you want). And the price for a night at this hotel is quite a steall it is not the cheapest hotel in tokyo nor the most expensive one. Overall i enjoyed my stay there and didn’t regret spending my money to stay there. Would definitely come back again to this place.

Booked this for a business trip with my boss. It's super close to Shinagawa Station, just a few minutes' walk, which was convenient. Overall, it was a pretty standard stay, nothing special. However, my boss and I each had our own room, and I got the one facing the street and window. Shinagawa is a huge transportation hub, so it was incredibly noisy – genuinely deafening! On top of that, there was pile driving construction going on below. While they stopped at night, it started up again with a bang very early in the morning. After one night, I felt completely drained. Plus, the only rooms available at the time were smoking rooms. The stale cigarette smell when I first walked in was just awful... Even though a kind staff member helped arrange for a machine to remove the odor the next day, it was still quite an unpleasant experience.

New, modern, clean and comfortable. Location is superb, in the building right next to Shinagawa station. Self check-in with a QR ticket issued after scanning my passport. The QR code is used to open my designated locker, and also the entry into the sleeping zone. I did press the call button to seek help from staff as the QR wasn't pre-issued in my Trip.com booking confirmation. Each locker is split into top & bottom half, the bottom half can store a mid-size luggage: mine was 64cm X 48cm X 54cm in size, while the top half comes with a hanger. There are shower and toilet cubicles. No public shower. They gave you a set of pyjamas, slipeprs and towels that you can use. Challenge: (1) As luggage cannot be carried into the sleeping zone, I could only repack at the locker area on the floor. (2) Typical to any capsule hotel, there were guests who snored very loudly, so the ear plugs that they provided for free was really helpful. Overall, am quite happy with the price. The proximity to Shinagawa station was easy for me to get onto Keikyu line to catch the train to Haneda airport the next day.
