The hotel's location is not particularly easy to find. I have put the photo of the main entrance in the comments. I hope the hotel can have a more eye-catching sign. This is a great choice for traveling alone. The polenta in the hotel restaurant suits my taste very well. The restaurant is located on a higher floor and has a good view.

Wonderful hotel that goes above and beyond for families traveling with children. From the child amenity kits and pajamas for our toddler to the crib and diaper pail for our infant we felt that every need was met which made for a really comfortable trip. The 7eleven in the hotel was the icing on the cake! We also were able to utilize the Poppins onsite daycare although this is run independently and you should book well in advance of your trip as only 1 day that we requested was available for booking. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

I always stay here whenever I am in Shibuya because its price and location wise is the most worth it around Shibuya area. Room is small but has everything you need. However one thing that stayed the same over the years is the hot/cold water shower system, hope the management can look to change it as it takes a long time for hot water to come out and when it does it becomes scalding hot. No complaints due to the excellent service standards (staff speak very good English) and its stone throw proximity to the New South Exit of JR Shibuya.

Although the location was a bit difficult to find the first time, once you get familiar with the surroundings, it's perfect. There's a skywalk directly connected to Shibuya JR Station and the subway station, and the airport bus stop is only about five or six minutes away. In terms of amenities, the room comes with basic appliances like a washing machine, an induction cooktop, a large refrigerator, and a capsule coffee maker. The room was also very clean. Housekeeping and other services were also excellent, meeting Japanese standards.

Fantastic location just a cross road away from Shibuya Station , and a hop and skip away from Hachiko statue and Shibuya crossing. We got in via Narita Express and dragged our luggage across the street to the hotel which was easy to find once you spot Bic Camera and McDonalds. Room was tiny but still very comfy and does the job if you wanted to be very close to the train station. Very quiet too so we slept very well. Plenty of amenities including laundry machine and dryers. Great spot for shopping and eating. Highly recommended if you don't mind small rooms.
