The location is unbeatable and Muji’s own strong design identity made this stay even more enjoyable. There is free food at the lounge daily from 4:30 onwards and the buffet breakfast is very nice. Room is well maintained and clean. To reach the hotel from Ginza Subway station, take exit C8.

This was my first time staying at The Peninsula Tokyo, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we began corresponding with the hotel before arrival, the team made it clear that this was going to be a special stay. I had reached out in advance as this was an important trip for our family, and the team – especially Ms. Kim – went above and beyond to help organise everything smoothly. Every detail was handled with care, and it really set the tone for our visit. Throughout our stay, every interaction made us feel genuinely welcome. The lobby team, the staff at Peter, and housekeeping were all consistently warm, professional, and attentive. Small gestures, friendly smiles, and a real willingness to help turned a simple hotel stay into a collection of memories we will cherish for a long time. This trip has made The Peninsula Tokyo our new fav stay in the city. There is a wonderful sense of warmth and hospitality here, and you feel that everyone is truly invested in making your stay as special as possible. We are already looking forward to returning on our next visit to Tokyo.

The location is super convenient! It's right at the C1 exit of Ginza Station on the Marunouchi Line, and the airport shuttle bus stop is just a short walk away. What I loved most was how spacious the room was. For this price in Tokyo, getting a room this size where I could spread out my luggage with plenty of room to spare was a huge plus. The only downsides were that the toilet flush wasn't very reliable – I'm not sure if it was broken or just doesn't have an automatic flush feature – and the shower water pressure seemed a bit unstable. The service was good though; the premium lounge on the 13th floor offers complimentary beer, soft drinks, and snacks in the evening.

The best onsen hotel in Tokyo. The food was also incredibly delicious, so I highly recommend it. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey. However, if you're visiting Tokyo in cold weather, it's definitely the best hotel to return to. I visited in February and will be back again in April.
