"Rachel the owner accused me and my familyOf stealing a 6 min go kart ride. We got to this place and were there for 10-15 before an issue starting. We first were told we needed wrist bands so we go back to the office and they told us no we didn’t. So we go back and then start getting on until my cousin was sent to back of line. Then the owner aggressively comes up to my 15 year old cousin NOT THE PARENTS STANDING RIGHT THERE. SHE TELLS HIM HE NEEDS TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY HE IS USING A CARD THAT WAS ALREADY USED. she didn’t even come nicely or ask to see a recipe nope just told a 15 year old to leave. As his mom and aunt get upset she tries to play victim. Then says she won’t refund us. She insist she is. We didn’t cause a problem. We came from out of town to have a good time and this happens. She was telling us multiple times to shut up or wouldn’t refund us. Told us to stop being mad basically and everything. No parent is ok with a grown women coming up to a kids face telling him to leave. We PAID for this and this is how we got treated. The owner was rude and unprofessional and treated us like shit. We felt attacked and bashed for nothing. Worst Experience ever. Was it because we were of color? Did we make a wrong sound or move? We didn’t do anything but try to have a good time. Never going to speak good about this place"
