"Lake Orwell Park is a small lake located on the north side of Cardinia Reservoir, on the eastern outskirts of Melbourne. The park is right by the lake. It is a place for locals to relax and enjoy a quiet and comfortable environment."

"A pleasant family park, converted from an old wetland, is a good place to spend the afternoon with the family. A 3.7-kilometer-long shared walking and biking trail surrounds the lake and is said to be connected to the Hobsons Bay Coastal Trail. Other facilities in the reserve include playgrounds, picnic sheds, barbecue grills, seats, toilets and parking lots, which can be accessed from Millers Road. The lake and the surrounding reserve are important wildlife habitats. Watch black swans and wild ducks swimming and enjoy the eyes, and you can admire the purple swamp by the lake."

"It is very suitable for walking around the lake which is about 5 kilometers away. They also have two outdoor gyms with some very good machines, which look very clean. Very good barbecue area with a lovely playground next to it. There are also many fishing places. There are indeed signs that snakes often appear, so stick to the trail."

"Altona is really a fabulous oasis, beautiful and close to the beach. I inhabit many birds and other wild animals and plants, and I find that the walking route around the lake is just right. Located on Miller's Road, not far from Seaholme station, there is a large parking lot, a large number of tables, shelters, barbecue, two playgrounds, many fitness equipment, toilets, fountains and bicycle or walking trails. The lake was designed in the early 1960s as a flood control basin for residents of Altona and Brooklyn to expand. However, before that, it does have another life, that is, the racing track built in 1954. It is undoubtedly a valuable addition to the region. Accessible Channel. Lots of activities and places to play with children. Dogs can enter, but please pick up rubbish and stay ahead. You can fish-but look at the sign."

"This is a good place to take a walk in the park. I did 3 to 4 laps and it was good to look around, just be careful because I saw a snake on the grass, so I cling to the path."

"Super slides and ziplines~ The park is very big and has many fun facilities. The slides are three to four stories high, which is very exciting. There are ziplines and you can enjoy it endlessly. There are many free parking spaces in the park, the restrooms are very tidy, and children can play for half a day"

"Cherry Lake is full of treasures. First of all, it is a reserved area with many kinds of animals, and the maps and information are interesting and useful. It's really cool that Captain Altona Butterflies live there. The lake itself has many different environments. There are parks and fitness equipment for people to exercise and entertain themselves; a parking lot overlooking the water and the roaring wind, people can sit in comfortable front seats and enjoy the scenery. Fishing area; a beautiful forest is like a cave leading to another world, with magical bridges and secret picnic spaces, far away from reality. On the arid grassland, rabbits linger among the large bushes, and the reeds in the lake will also take you to faraway places. What a wonderful lake."
