Handorf is a famous German town in Australia. It is located 50km west of Adelaide. Whether it is architecture or local customs, there is a strong German taste here. More than 90% of the residents here are of German descent, and they can also be regarded as experiencing a foreign location in a foreign country.
After the drizzle, we came to Hahndorf lnn in the German Village again to taste Bavarian cuisine in South Australia. We chose the luxurious set meal of this restaurant, the quantity was super invincible, and we drank 5 different types of beer. After the meal, I tasted the local honey ice cream.
The German town of Handorf on the edge of the Adelaide Hills is Australia's most famous attraction. Whether it is from the architecture, the clothing of the people, or the food in the restaurant, it is full of strong German flavor. This is Australia's largest settlement of German immigrants. In fact, it is still a wonderful place to visit.
The German Village of Handorf in mid-June and Adelaide in winter are more peaceful and less hustle and bustle. Although there is a bit of chill, it can't stop tourists from coming here to experience German cuisine. The last time I came here, I tried the luxurious platter of the Hahndorf inn restaurant. This time I wanted to change to something fresh, so we ordered Hanchen Schnitzel (Hanchen Schnitzel) and children's meals. The serving speed is very fast, and the taste of the fried chicken cutlet is really superb. The chicken breast is fresh and tender. After a long time of marinating in the secret sauce, this chicken cutlet has a different flavor. The lemon juice pairing makes it fresh and refreshing. It’s not greasy, and it’s served with a garden salad and mushroom sauce, with thick French fries and secret garlic mayonnaise. It’s really fried chicken. The German Village in winter is a little bleak, but it’s not to mention how pleasant it is to come here to taste a warm and secret fried chicken steak. Children eat very happily. This Handorf restaurant also has a very user-friendly design for children’s menus. We ordered cheese burgers, which taste great. It is recommended that parents with children can order a children’s meal for their babies~
During Christmas, I drove to Adelaide, passing through a small town in Germany, and went down and strolled around. It has a festive atmosphere. A main street and tree-lined road are very beautiful. On both sides are various restaurants, bars and souvenir shops with German-style buildings.
