Abandoned but great view
The place looks a bit dilapidated to me as all the facilities seems to be abandoned for a while (been there during off season in April). The toilet was very dirty. There is not very much to see except...
The garden is good. It is not yet tormented by tourists and local residents. You can rent bikes and ride on them. 100 rubles an hour . The rent is near the boarding houses.
A wonderful place. Clean air, silence, cool. Good road. Going here is one pleasure. And pines, pines ... You can walk through the well-known cyprisian alley, where there are many different cafes.

Walk in the fresh air.
A great place to walk. Fresh air. Sorry for the absence of the host. Pensions are abandoned. A lot of garbage and no one cleans.
As a relic forest
