Nothing special to mention. Not cheep, but not expensive also. Meals are very simple and in Grand Mother's style. The location is extremely bad and by night can even fear.
This un assuming restaurant from the street or outside was magnificent. On a business lunch and vendor had menu pre arranged. The scampi was top notch and seafood so fresh. Only thing that was not outstanding was the bread, but who cares the rest was the best!! Fresh past, simple ingredients. Awesome! Great pistachio dessert
My boyfriend surprised me with dinner at this restaurant yesterday evening. I have to say that it was awesome. We had the antipasti and the fish of the day, no dessert but a very good wine. They have an excellent wine list, so if you are into that, you'll love this place! We paid 92€. It was an honest price for a delicious meal. Definitely to try if you want to eat fresh fish, Ancona native "moscioli" (clams) and "sardoncini scotta ditto" (grilled sardines). Delicious!!
We chose this restaurant from the reviews and because we wanted an authentic place near the port. It was excellent. Busy but efficently run. We had an octopus starter and clams, followed by pasta with sardines and wild fennel, and grilled squid and prawns. The wine advice was spot on too. Owned and staffed by women - friendly but professional. Booking essential.
A meal is expensive, more than double that of a regular cafe.
