低调的Sepia距离市中心不远。店里的老是相机还能倒影出街景很有意思。餐厅布置走现代简洁风，服务周到。餐前面包新鲜出炉，粗粮果仁健康满满更是松软香脆！赠送的开胃烟熏三文鱼小巧精致，和甜香葱搭配很完美。烤鱿鱼做法不是很爱，口感过干过面。朋友的素菜球貌似也很不错。烤银鳕鱼肉质鲜嫩，搭配清爽蔬菜和青酱，口味清淡非常适合夏季。

主厨Andrew Zimmerman把菜式定义为新式美国口味。Sepia是由1890s的一家印刷厂改建而成的。整体的装潢布置都非常的复古怀旧。门面非常不张扬，进门左手部份就是一个吧台和休息区可供客人小酌等候。暗色的桌椅凸显着沉稳，房顶的四盏特色复古吊顶照耀室内。入座后服务生就直接送来了餐厅周的菜单，貌似没有其他选择呢~一共3道菜式，包括前菜、主食和甜品，价格为每人$22美金。大家都对Sepia的菜式口味很满意。人均22美金吃到如此水平的三道菜式，本人觉得性价比还是非常高的。至少它吸引我，让我萌生了下次再要试晚餐的念头。这不就是餐厅力求的目标么~
